Smh if yall open at 1030 why wouldn’t someone be in early to start making items that people want real quick crazy bread won’t be ready for 10 mins but it 1045 and there’s none ready yet and then stood up front nobody said anything for 5 mins but the same girl putting sauce in cups looked at me more then once and continued doing what she was doing and didn’t move to the front till after she was done doing what she was doing with the sauce so customer service means nothing to yall.. she should of said as soon as I walked in I’ll be right with you.. I didn’t even order once I found out she was running the front counter also.. Customer service is everything coming from a store manager..

J.shawneequa is very rude and disrespectful she tried to make everybody leave or not order how she talk and yell at customers saying it's a hour wait and she closing lobby early at 9 basically saying we have to wait outside at 8:32pm then on top of the store close at 10;30 she said we would have to circle and circle in drive thru til its ready and that she only made enough doh if she runs out she runs out .I can tell she don't like her job and treat her employees like trash I wish I had the complaint number and I would file a complaint asap it's March26,2024 at 8:48pm and yes I'm still going to wait on my food but never ever coming to this location ever againParking: Free to park.

This place deserves the rating they receive. The pizza was a 3 at best. I paid for an order of crazy puffs and 2 topping pizza, but was given crazy bread instead. Definitely shouldn't have messed up when my order only consisted of two items. I called the next day to speak to the so called manager about rectifying the issue. She said without a pic of the food, they couldn't remake them for me as if I'm lying. I described the bag I got the bread in and she knew it was their fault. Then she says she'll do me a favor this time by giving them to me since I ate the crazy bread because they're the same price. Seriously? Why the hell would I want to eat the bread when it's not even what I ordered? My sole purpose of ordering here was to try out the pizza puffs which I didn't get. Secondly, as if I needed the favor and I'm wrong when they clearly messed up. They can keep those pizza puffs and that stank attitude....

By far the worst little Ceasars I have gone to. When you doordash from here the food is horrible. You are sure to get food poisoning. When you come physically they are so rude. On 2 occasions I have observed all employees handling food with no gloves. Today I witnessed a lady with a burgundy short hair cut put onions in a clear container with her bare hands(with glitter acrylic as well). The amount of bacteria and fungi is probably unheard of. They are obviously underpaid and over worked because it's horrible. I usually try not to review, but come on you guys get it together. I gave them so many chances because they are the closest to my home, but NEVER AGAIN!!!!! I can say the pizza actually didn't look or taste too bad in person, but I can't deal with their attitudes.

Would've done zero if I could. First of all I hope your district manager gets in touch soon. Store doors are to remain unlocked during business hours this is true of almost all businesses. It is 2:44 pm on a Saturday and I got yelled at to get out because a nice woman let me in when the door was locked. Why are customers inside when locked? Why can't I grab my food from the pizza portal and just leave? And why be so absolutely rude for no reason because. I will be filing a cooperate complaint and I hope you lose your job.
