Ordered online. Arrived 10 minutes later the pizza was ready. I ordered the new Stuffed Crust. It's not as good as pizza huts stuffed crust but it was very good. I will order again. Everything else was 5 stars.

I went to pick up my order...I asked the skinny short black girl in the register if she can check on my order and she said without looking that it should be out in a few minutes...30 minutes later and nothing...so I asked if she can check for my order...and she said that she needed to print out the label to get my order started and I would have to wait another 30 minutes to get it...so I cancelled and left...today Friday I go to the store and asked to talk to manager about the situation that happened and she said "that sometimes thats what happens when they are too busy" and I was like it wasn't busy at all they where just playing around not doing there job and she said "it's that it" so if the manager don't care what can u expect from her employees...won't be going there any more...they need better workers and better management...hope the owner sees this and does something about it if he wants business

This place NEVER has it together. They always only have 1 person working the counter. You CANNOT get a hot and ready because they are NEVER ready. Receipt machine was jammed the last 3x I came & often say you can only order cheese or pepperoni. 10/10 donât recommend.

As much as I once enjoy grabbing a Hot & Ready pepperoni pie on the go⊠every visit is now a 20 minute wait. The pizza is never ready anymore. The bothered attitude the employees project doesnât make the wait worth it. It will be nice to have it Hot & READY again.

Took 1 hour for 3 pizzas ordered on mobile app. Pizza portal does not work. The staff just gives out pizzas based on what you order. So if you order online and come to pick up, you have to wait another 20 minutes.

Their customer service has been awfully lousy. They really donât care at all. The pizza is never ready. For the times I have been there I have to wait 10-15 for a âfreshâ pizza, just to still receive a stale soggy pizza.
