This place is absolutely filthy!! There’s a leak in the ceiling, filthy menu board, dust collecting around the air vent, the front of the counter hasn’t been wiped in ages, nor has the pizza portal.

You get what you pay for byt I MUST SAY.. HOT AND READY is the best title for this! The workers are consistent and try to provide customers quick and accurate orders.

I’ve never once been to this location and they actually had less than a 10 min wait on a pizza. Never have had “hot and ready” and I’ve been there several x
At times it can get busy, like on Fridays or the weekend. So with that I would do online orders. But other than that, pizza is good

For the 2nd time, I placed an order thru the app, and when it's time to pick it up, they cannot find our order. Yet an email stated the order was ready for pick up. I'm not sure if I'll keep ordering from the company. I've had issues with another location as well. Not a happy customer. Both locations had rude and disrespectful employees and managers

Taste is fairly good considering the price and perfect for kids birthdays. My only complaint……Ordered for pickup, 10
pizzas. Had to call twice because the first person in where I assume is a call center in India, took my order incorrectly and said she couldn’t fix it and would have to cancel and transfer me to the store. 10 minutes on wait, I hung up and called back. Call center again of course, order was placed. Get to the store and they say no order was placed and I’ll have to wait 40minutes!! Stop using India call centers, it’s nothing but a mess. I don’t want to talk to someone from India to get an order on anything, especially when it’s 5 minutes down the road. I’ll gladly pay the extra money at Marcos next time. Better quality and better service.

I placed an order online with Little Caesars thinking it would be ready when I got there, simple, right? I walk in, and the cashier is chatting it up with two people at the counter. She looks right at me but doesn’t say a single word not even a “hi” or “how can I help you?” I let her know I’m there to pick up an order and show her my confirmation. She barely glances at it and just says, “What is it?” I tell her it’s a stuffed crust pizza, and again… silence. She turns around, tells someone to start making it, and never says a word to me after that.
I said I placed it ahead of time and it should’ve been ready. She just shrugs and says, “Well, I never got it.” No apology, no explanation, just attitude. Hands down, worst customer service I’ve experienced in a while.
I don’t know what’s going on with these places hiring people who clearly don’t care about doing their job. If that were my kid working like that, I’d be beyond embarrassed. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

I’ve had it with this location. Every time I come here, there’s a new issue — and it’s never minor. Whether it’s the wrong order, extremely disorganized pick-up procedures, or aggressive and unprofessional staff, the entire experience is consistently frustrating. I’ve had to wait anywhere from 30 minutes to over an hour just for them to correct mistakes they shouldn’t have made in the first place.
The staff seem overwhelmed and poorly trained, and on more than one occasion, I’ve witnessed what I believe to be completely unsanitary food handling practices. It honestly makes me question how this place is still operating. The management appears non-existent, and there’s absolutely no sense of urgency or customer service.
After giving them multiple chances to improve, I’m officially done with this location. It’s not worth the stress, the time, or the risk.

Dear store manager, your employees yell, argue, smoke, and cuss in front of everyone everytime im in there. Apparently you don't wanna be contacted so you have no business card. This location has the most lazy and rude employees Ive ever met. Always on the phone ignoring people or complaining about the job. I imagine thats why you don't want customers to contact you because you know its a mess! Roach on floor as well🤢 No one in dress code. Eco share must have a field day writing yall up!

2 weekends in a row I used the app to place an order & both times I showed up and they had no record of my order. The 1st time I was 20 minutes late to the party & yesterday I had 30 kids that I had to entertain while we waited for the pizza order to be made instead of picking it up. The manager tried to say the order was lost, but I'm pretty sure they just never checked the machine that prints the online orders....I witnessed that last weekend. Worst experience for 2 weekends in a row.

We were in the area and decided to get some hot wings and garlic butter bread sticks here. This is the second time we ordered food from here after several years as this place is out of our way. Foods were good. Employee was polite and friendly. We ordered on the app and picked up in store. There was a short delay in pickup time due to peak hour so that was not really an issue. Overall, we have no complaints and will return if we are in the area again.
