Little Caesars Pizza

Takes forever! Even with an online order.

I went today for some pepperoni pizza and cheese. The guy there told me it would be 25 minutes. There was no cars there through drive through, how is it possible it will take almost 30 minutes long?? I went to another location and got my pizza in 9 minutes. Also the last time I went too the young lady was rude too. Smh

Terrible location. The customer service is terrible. The lady that works upfront has no work ethic.

Ok, updating my previous review. I had previously given them 4 stars but tonight's experience just wiped that out. Staff was not updating portal entries. Music was so loud they couldn't even tell when someone cane in. Very inappropriate music for a food service establishment where children often visit with parents to pick up their order. Employee gave the vibe that we were interrupting her. Will not return

Blasting music unable to clearly order or communicate with staff with out raising voice. Hot and ready items were not available took 20mins.

Just completely unprofessional playing super loud music no one at the front of the store to greet customers and had employees keep going to their car. Wouldn’t recommend this spot

Over cooked pizza and not cut all the way.

The staff doesn't have good customer service. I watched someone come from the kitchen, handle money and return to making pizzas. She didn't wash her hands, nor did she wear gloves. I'm quite sure they have all types of code violations at this location. I was so disgusted, I left.

This Little Caesars is the worst I've ever been to. I pulled up to the drive-through window and was there for a few minutes without getting acknowledged, even though the lady saw me a few times and another guy who came by the window and I tried to get his attention but he ignored me and went to the back. I got out of my vehicle and went inside to order because I thought that maybe the drive-through was not open. I stood there for a while but still she didn't acknowledge me. Eventually, when she came to take my order her attitude was less than desirable for a well-known establishment as LittleCaesars. I will not be coming back.

Supervisor Jamaal K. deserves 5 stars for outstanding Customer Service and for going the extra mile working hard with his co-workers to deliver hot and fresh pizza & food to customers ASAP regardless of the situation. Jamaal is always very professional & Kind unlike other Rude employees who worked at this exact same location within the past few years. I recommend this Little Caesars!:-)

Worst service I’ve received from any little ceasers in Houston….the counter empty like they don’t even stock the sauces…..lines be long bc they don’t take orders, just let you sit there…smh the worst
