I had an online order at 4:00 and when they sent the email that the order was ready it was nowhere to be found, I even asked upfront but the order wasn’t ready , granted it’s a Friday and it tends to get packed now keep in mind I only ordered a singular Peperroni Pizza which is something that shouldn’t take too long compared to other items and I didn’t mind waiting thinking it might take like 15-30mins but a whole 2 hours?! If I were looking for a quick grab and go I wouldn’t go here, plus they keep having the reucurring problem of understaffing the place with only like three people max ,there is only so much they can do especially on weekends when people tend to buy from fast food places more

Why did I get an email saying my order was ready… only to arrive 10 minutes later and find out they’re still working on it 🥲 the email even specified “ Your order is ready but we couldn't put it in our Portal (sorry!). Please see a cashier to get your pizza. Thank you!®” that really makes you think it’s done

There has been an extremely high wait time for online orders. The first time it was an hour wait, but because it was during the weekend, I let it slide. However, during today's visit (weeks later on a Monday), the wait time was almost 2 hours!! I placed my online at 6:13 P.M., yet the order wasn't ready until after 8 P.M. Unfortunately it seems that they are understaffed, as there were only 2 employees on site (one cook, one cashier) to handle 10+ impatient customers. Management needs to hire more employees asap because they're going to start losing customers.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. Order tracking within the establishment is a disaster, an admission overheard coming from its own staff. My online order was handed to me an hour after it had been placed. The young lady at the counter, sporting old track marks advised incoming customers, “we cant take on any more orders at this time due to a 30-45 min wait time” then “you know what, yeah i can take your order” to the person behind those she’d just turned away. The young lady was higher than a kite. Amid the increasing, impatient crowd, the young lady abruptly stepped outside, shared an interesting “smoke” with a male who had been lingering outside the establishment, before returning to the counter. The environment is simply not favorable, go elsewhere if you can, i will.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The pizzas are lazily made. The staff give you an attitude for asking for an update. Not one person there seems to move with any urgency. Every single time I go there for 1- 2 pizzas im waiting 30 mins. You can look though the back and see the gm leisurely putting on ingredients with no gloves and can hear her say im not rushing let the customers wait. So it makes since where the staff gets it from. I'll be going elsewhere from here on out

Over crowded and did not communicate with us at all nasty attitudes and the workers were EXTREMELY unprofessional and with the way they act and the food was unacceptable the video of how they treated me and my family was embarrassing and degrading even though I placed my order online 25min before

The employees are extremely unprofessional and consistently behind on orders. I witnessed staff eating over the pizza they were preparing for customers. When handling food with their hands, they did not wash their hands before continuing to prepare pizzas. There was a complete lack of sanitation.
My son ordered Crazy Bread that was not fully cooked. I placed an order today, 10/14/25, at 6:31 PM, and as of 8:54 PM, my pizza was still not ready. This is unacceptable. There was no option to cancel the order. I attempted to call multiple times, but no one answered. When we went to the restaurant, the staff ignored us entirely.
This location needs to hire new employees—people who are willing to work as a team, maintain cleanliness, and take food safety and customer service seriously.
