Food is always good, IF you can ever get it. This is the third time in a row that I’ve placed an order online and had to wait over AN HOUR! I thought the whole point of being hot and ready is that it’s READY when you get there.?!Even worse, we wait after they told us, only for us to go in there and crackhead Jesus told us he couldn’t find our order anymore, magically! Don’t bother wasting your time here. Just a bunch of stupid kids working here with no futures. ?

I did an online order at 10 pm paid over the phone with my card was told it would be delivered by 10:59 ( Sat. 03-23, 2024), received a text that it would be 11:14 pm then another text that my order was cancelled. I called the Aldine Bender location to see why, and was told that someone picked up my order. Asked for a manager and was laughed at and hung up on. Raced to the location it was closed. Sunday 03-24-24, I contacted the location spoke with Marianna a mgr. she stated that they have nothing to do with it, it’s a Door Dash ( driver Valery) problem and to contact them. Being a customer that has paid for my food and never received why should it be my problem to handle. So , no food and they stole my money. The Worst Little Caesar’s ever.

This location have too many young teens that don't care about the company the job nor the service to the customers in this location I'm in here as I post this who ever is over this location should be
2 times in a month. Ordered 8 pizzas for our dock associates. Last night no call no show. I even left a 25% tip. Lazy and not dependable. Never again. They would answer phone so AMEX gave me my money back. Not cool.
