Saw a lady walk out and put 2 liter drinks in her car came back inside waited, no one at counter so she grabbed 2. 2 liter drinks walked out to her car again . Came back inside stood in line and ordered a 6$ pizza.. All while no one was at the front counter. I didn’t say nothing to the manager because I didn’t want to cause a problem . This is today February 3/ 2026 at around 4 pm ..

Custom service is horrible very long wait time for food to still be cold bread sticks dry like they have nothing on them employees just talking very disrespectful it is always a problem and hell getting my food when we order delivery so thought I would go in and get it and that was even worse at this point I'm done completely with this location and being that I have been on the phone for 26 min now and still no answer they need someone in there that has control and can run an establishment hot and ready NEVER AT THIS LOCATION

Spiritual Balance

Ordered through the app. Had to wait 40 mins for order is what the app said. The app said my order was ready but couldn’t be put into the portal. I get to the store and my order hadn’t even been started after 40 mins. The actual wait time was almost 2 hours for one pepperoni pizza. The only staff members that were polite go by the names of Ashton & Reginald. The pizza was undercooked, in which I came home and immediately placed it in the oven but still resulted in my daughter vomiting. Please stay away as your health depends on it. The store manager is very argumentative and hates to give refunds. I will not be returning !!! Your money could be spent better somewhere else

I placed a order online then after 30 minutes I got to the store the cashier told me that they ran out of veggies for the supreme pizza and told me that if I still wanted it with what was available I said yes 20 minutes pass by and she said I’m sorry it was a miscommunication we actually only have mushrooms I said I’m good just give me a pepperoni pizza and I told her can I speak to your manager cause this is money difference and I need him to give me the remaining balance or match what I paid the manager then came to the front and didn’t even say nothing I went up to him asked him if he was the manager her said yes im going to refund you didn’t even try to talk or fix the problem and then I proceeded to tell him everything and he said ok it’s not about you I’m going to refund you the money and that’s it the I told him he was unprofessional I waited almost 2 hrs and I could of been gone somewhere else he said ok I don’t care and I told him I was gonna complain on him and he said ok thank you for your feed back That manager name ZACk needs to get fired him and his crew in the back we’re playing in the back the whole time I heard them laughing and just chilling that’s why they don’t get the food out in time it’s not my first time waiting in this place but I know it’s my last time coming here

This Location Is HORRIBLE, I placed an order online & after waiting 40 mins I asked “how much longer was it gonna take” … Dude told me “whenever it gets ready” the supervisor that was on duty at the time wasn’t no help! After telling my Husband & going in to speak to the Supervisor he tried to indicate that he didn’t say that .. CHECK YALL CAMERAS! I watched people go in as a walk in & get their orders before me. This location is TRASH & is Known for its poor quality & customer service. In the photo I attached the guy I circled is the one I had an encounter with, the supervisor or whatever he supposed to be is the guy with the apron on

I waited 30 min…just to place an order and was told the wait would be 10–15 minutes, but I ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes. On top of that, they continued to ignore the in-store line and prioritized online orders, which has happened on several occasions (I only ordered one pizza imagine two)

Your very welcome. I love coming to this location the staff is always friendly the restaurant is always very clean and I'm always in and out very quickly no matter what time a day I visit. And the food is always fresh and incredibly delicious and that's why I prefer little Cesar's over any other pizza chain hands down! I've been going to little Cesar's since I was in elementary school and I'm 40 now so definitely many years of dedication to an amazing pizza chain!

I ordered pizza online and the pizza was not fresh it was hard and cold both box of the crazy puff were burned up and grease I believed they sold me old pizza and took my fresh pizza I'm very unsatisfied with the food there...I wouldn't have had a problem if my food was fresh and hot
