Every time I come to this store they have a long wait, if I ordered online then that means my order should be ready at the time provided on my receipt but of course that would be too easy and make too much sense lol…I would highly recommend going to another location if you want your food prepared in a timely fashion because this location is poorly managed and very understaffed.

Waited over a hour for a online order that was previously placed. Corporate number always seems to be closed while trying to report the poor customer service at this location. What are the workers doing in there? Because they definitely aren’t working if a PIZZA takes a hour arter ordering online. VERY TRASH location. No manager on duty. Then people begging for a dollar in front the store. Nasty!

I place an order online at 12:44 PM, online it said it should be ready by 1:07 PMI went to pick up during my lunch break- spent most of my lunch break here since I didn’t get my order until 1:45 PM. NEVER AGAIN.

I ordered 3 orders of puffs at 8:39pm. I received a notice that my order was in the oven at 8:43pm. I arrived at the store at 8:58pm and waited. At 9:20pm, I asked for a manager and she said it would be an additional 5-10 minute wait because they had to make them because they ran out. The stop making puffs at 8pm. The store is open until 10pm. I asked her to cancel the order and left. While I was waiting, another worker told the customer near the door to stop letting people in because they were getting ready to close. She also kept touching her hair and face and then proceeded to go help box up pizzas. No hand washing or gloves. Will not be returning to the location

Customer service is terrible. Customers always told 2 to 3 hours. Wait, even when there's a few people on the inside.Employees always dressed out of uniform and usually on the phone in the back area where the cooking should be done.. This little caesars pizza should be just closed down. Customers told to go down the street to domino's they're much quicker.

April 2024: I thought I'd give them a chance, in case anything has changed. Nope. Even an order placed online for pick up at a specific time is woefully late.They just plain suck.Waste of time.Hopefully they'll go under.Take your business some place else.

I called and made the order they took my order 1 hours later they cancel my order because it was a big order and they were to lazy ti make them if i could give them 0 stars i would and they cancel my order and have to wait 10 days to get my money back!!!!!!!!!
