Don't go, the people don't do their work because my order was put on hold for like an hour when it said it would be done in 30 minutes, it supposedly was in the oven for the whole hour and when my mom went to ask why the workers were so rude saying it wasn't ready when the order was in back of the kitchen. Not to mention it was cold and some of the pizza was not cooked properly

Order often from this location mainly online order to avoid a longer wait. But this time had to wait more than an hour on an order. Meanwhile other customers were going in and out either every 5 to 10min. Everyone was told 25min yet they were coming out with their food faster than the online order that was made at 4:37pm to wait until 6:03pm ridiculous.

I've never had this experience but it was absolutely unbelievable. I was in the drive through for a total of 1 hour 10 minutes mind you only 3 cars were in front of me and one left before it even got to the window due to the time it was taking. I'm not one to complain because I know how busy it can get but in was seeing people at the counter being services while they neglected to check the drive through during my time there. And when it was finally my time at the window I waited another 35 minutes while people were being services at the counter. A man comes up to the window and straight up tells me he can't give me a waiting time and that people have told them they've been there for an hour. I told him I was there for an hour and he he just shrugged his shoulders as if saying I dk. Then he tends me he barely got there 9 minutes ago which I know for a fact he lied because I've been doing him there since I got there over an hour ago. Not only did he lie about that but to tell me he can't give me a time was absolutely crazy when I just saw him give people their pizzas at the counter. Very bad experience.

even if u order in the Apppp ā¦ horrible waiting timesā¦ night stafff close lobby early and make customers wait probably 30 minutes .
I order by the app and 40 minutes in the drive thru line with no one attending. I called in and they tell me āwell get down and pick up your orderā I have never been so disrespected for a $7 dollar pizza. I got down and I was ignored by the employee. Never ever going back again to get service this bad. I understand itās a pizza but this place compared to allllllll other locations brings to shame wanted to get a pizza. Never again!!!!

No one attended the drive thru, several customers left because the person who was serving only served people who came in and NEVER turned to the window to even tell us that they didn't have pizzas ready. If they already know that it is the time when people gather, because they are not ready.
