I've been to little caesar pizza places all over texas and other states. If I had rate it out of 20 locations I've visited. #18-20 worst.. I gave them 3 chances and it seems they just don't give a damn about customers and their orders.

Expect your food to be ready 20 minutes AFTER you get there. Even when putting in an online order. Place is filthy and I don’t even wanna know what it looks like in the back. Took me almost an hour to get a pizza and crazy bread

I used to not get little Caesars pizza because it just didn’t seem like it was ever made right but the last few times I’ve gotten it from this store It’s actually been really good. They’re not overcooked. They’re not undercooked. They’re pretty much cooked just right and all the ingredients are fresh, these days they’re much better and I’m so glad because I really love little Caesars pizza. Title: Extremely Unreliable and Poorly Managed Experience
I placed my Little Caesars order at 2:00 pm for a 5:30 pm pickup. I arrived at 5:25, only to find that my order had not even been started, despite being placed and paid for hours in advance.
What made the situation worse was seeing multiple pizzas coming out of the oven, yet my scheduled order was not prioritized at all. My pizza was only started after I asked about it, which defeats the entire purpose of ordering ahead.
The staff was also not offering no explanation for the delay. I ultimately waited until 6:00 pm to receive an order that should have been ready at 5:30.
This was an entirely avoidable and unprofessional experience. I will not be relying on this location again for timely or dependable service.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Emiliano F. is one of the young hardest workers I’ve seen. Always on time, respectful, and ready to get things done without complaining. He works well with everyone, keeps a good attitude even when it gets busy, and makes sure everything runs smooth. Definitely someone any store would be lucky to have on their team.

Basically that place is very good but you need to use the pizza portal because it is very crowded but the people are very nice.
Easy in, easy out. Parking is available but there’s not many spots. Pizza was nice and hot, didn’t take long to get our order.

Tonight’s service is horrible. Worker is very impolite, aggressive, and rude. My order was ready at 7:49, got there on time, there were 15-20 people in line waiting. At 8:07 I asked for my order and was rudely/aggresively told to wait in line, so I said, my order’s been ready, he replied “it’s not here.” So I said, I have the confirmation right here, it was ready at 7:49. This location offers horrible service tonight and a very rude worker.
