Very bad service, the lady with the glasses who serves says that the food takes 20 minutes or more, I do not recommend it takes more than half an hour ?????

As much as I enjoy standing in line for 20 minutes chattering with other customers waiting to order I can't not say anything about it, they basically ignored the everyone in the lobby waiting to order for whatever reason, they knew they had customers because they'd occasionally come up front to hand out one order but the ones who wanted to place one just got ignored, go somewhere else because it seems they make enough to pick and choose when they serve customers here

Hispanic lady hands me some old dried up puffs tell me they are fresh then gets mad because I want them fresh. Cheese was brown. Like they had just been sitting for hrs. None of them really understands English well. Will Never come to this one ever again they are very rude. More like racist

Ordered online for delivery and was told it’d be 45 minutes. Delivery time came around and received a text saying order was cancelled. Called the number from the email (corporate?) and they refunded me and said the reason was the order was not ready or not at that location? Come on guys

I ordered diet pepsi they were out. They were out of everything diet, but in order to refund 1 item they had to refund whole order. The automated machines seemed to be broken so I had to wait in line to get my order.Parking: Small lot hard to park always busy.

I tried to order online at 9:30 pm but the app. did not take my order so I called the location on 34th street , zip code 77092. They took my order and told me it was going to be ready by9: 57 pm , I got there at9: 40 and at 9:56 went inside to get my order just to find out that my order was canceled. They suck!

This place really has gone down hill. Little Ceasars is one of my favorites but the last few times I went, the wait was rediculous, the staff was busy on their phones with drama all in the workplace, the pizza was like old cardboard.

Called in an order for pick up. When I got there the young girl at the counter said there was no order. Claimed we must have called corporate and they didn't relay the msg, they do that all the time. Explained we called the store number and the young lady who answered gave the address when she answered. She then claimed we spoke to a machine and it malfunctions all the time. When I explained it was a person not a machine. She then got angry and said they didn't have my order and I was just out of luck. No apologies, no offer to take the order again and make it asap. I asked for the Mgr and you could hear them in the back making jokes about the customer who thought she was getting a pizza today. Mgr finally came out leaned over the counter putting her elbows on the counter and asked what my problem was. I walked out, and they lost a $30 order.There are too many take places, all next to each other to put up with this level of stupidity and rude behavior. BTW, they were not wearing a name tags.

Waited 30+ minutes after my online order pickup time for a cold pizza likely because my breadsticks were forgotten until my pizza was done. Cashier and coworker were standing at register on their phones talking and laughing the entire time I was there. Maybe if they got off their phones there wouldn't be an hour wait for new orders and a lobby full of customers stuck waiting for a pizza that should have been done a long time ago. You can't just tell everyone who comes in that "their order is in the oven and will be ready in minutes" when you know that's not true, don't waste your customers time. Won't be coming back
