My mom just called me because she was waiting to get her order taken for 15 MINUTES no one was coming up to the front to help her place her order. She called to place the order online. Also the fact that the owner only ever replies to 5 star reviews is very telling. Train your staff better!!!

Terrible experience my homies and I got there at 8:20 and ordered 2 pizzas they said 10-15 minutes so we so okay, time passed and new people came in and got there pizzas before us we asked how much more time we had to wait they said 5 more minutes but it was already 8:45 we ended up getting the pizzas at 8:50 with no ranch that we paid for, lastly the manager proceeded to tell us to hurry up and grab the pizzas like if she didnt make us wait 40 minutes for 2 pizzas they also had alot of workers and still took too long. Never going again!!

First time we had order food food from this location. Warning don't order by phone, the person that answered the phone is not even in the USA. They didn't know what we where buying g so the filled in the gap. When we got into the restaurant, we received the wrong order. Called again, and they wanted to charge us when they made the mistake and where told that it would be takend care off. The cashier was very rude, but who ever the head cook is, was willing to hear us out and he understood. Thanks to him we got our order right. For the pizza that we order, the Pretzel pizza was terrible, it was extremely salty, it was more salt that pizza. Maybe it's our taste, but we didn't like it. We where realy hoping that this would be a good experience, it turn iut bad from the start to finish, except the one of the cooks that was helpful and understanding. Thank you ,who ever you are.

Came in to pick up an online order and had to wait an hour to get a stuffed crust pizza and a cheese bread.. there was a long wait for alot of people.
This is the longest I’ve waited for a pizza. It was fresh and tasty though. They do need to clean up more. It’s a very busy location also.

I’m hungry and upset, but here are some pictures of what this restaurant considers food delivery! I paid 28$ on DoorDash for old, stale, and cold wings and crazy bread! You know this is a health concern selling food past the expiration time! This is completely unacceptable, because no one is held accountable for this terrible service. I called the store and spoke to unprofessional staff that did not want to fix the situation. I won’t be ordering again ever from this restaurant!
