Just pathetic. This location is an embarrassment. Easily 20+ people waiting to pick up their pizzas while workers run around, pizzas piled high in random locations, workers can’t locate any orders, not even utilizing the pick-up ovens. I came only for a $1 pizza deal but my god.. it was not worth the hassle.

It took 2 hours to get an online order from this location. The last working the front was very nice and patient to deal with the amount of customers. However the online portal told me my order was ready for pickup at 7:16 and I didn't get my order until 8:20. I had placed the order at 6. Ridiculous and absolutely no cares given by the manager. When I asked for them, his attitude made it seem like he couldn't even be bothered. Horrible, given my order was for two simple pizzas and crazy bread.

I placed and online order to this location and I had bought five pizzas and a side order of stuffed crazy bread, I understand that by buying five pizzas there would be a wait however before getting my order which I specified to the employee that it was an online order he assumed that I did not pay at all. Therefore wanting me to cut in front of someone else while they were placing an order to pay for food I bought already. After the fact that I waited at least 30 minutes while everyone else including a few walk in orders left I got stuck with soggy lukewarm stuffed crazy bread that was not fresh. If you want better service and food I would suggest not coming to this location. I hope I do not get sick from this!!!

The place is full of people waiting, I have at least 25 minutes waiting for an order, there are many people before and after me and all the staff except the cashier are lazing around talking and it doesn't seem like they are worried about taking out the orders. Appalling!!! Don't come waste your time here, the worst of all is that it is frequent
