The store manager needs to be reassigned and retrained on quality and customer service.I ordered the extra most pep pizza and a thin crust one topping with olives. The extra most looked exactly like the hot n ready and the olives were crowded in the middle of the thin crust. I asked a team member about the pizzas and she said it didn't look right and to give her 7 minutes to remake. I told her I had to go, but she insisted and I agreed. I proceeded to my car and before I could sit down , she calls me back in, and I was then questioned by the store manager. Very rude, no smile, "what seems to be the problem?" I asked to see the pizza and showed her my concerns. Her rebuttal was, she personally made the pizzas, the extra pep was under the cheese and the olives were placed appropriately. (I forgot to mention the thin crust was over cooked too.) I asked her "the quality of these pizzas are ok to you?" She said "yes." I said "even with the olives piled up in the middle of the pizza?" She stood by her work. I then said "if that's OK with you then kindly refund me." I can't take my hard earned money for granted nor will I let someone else. I ended up going to Marcos Pizza about 2 miles away. The manager there was preparing the pizzas and took great care in doing so. I did not tell her about my previous experience but I went from spending 15 dollars to 28 dollars and didn't mind because of the quality check and great service. The sad part is, I order pizza from Little Caesars at least twice a week, however, today would be my last visit to that location. It used to be one of the better locations in my area, unfortunately it has declined consistently. Next time I will opt to go to my favorite spot Crust Pizza.

Dear God, it is the place with the most racism towards Spanish speakers that I have had to visit. Very bad service. Bad facial gestures towards you as a customer when you go to buy from them. I didn't ask for anything for free. It's bought. How cruel they are in their treatment.

Worker told me I had to order online for an item that they had sitting in the warmer, after making me wait 10 minutes to place an order.
