I got charged for stuff they don't have and when I asked the lady, said I have to leave because she was busy... and I order online how can I be refuse service but got charged, she didn't said anything about a refund... all I did was ask a question that I was missing something in the order

Purchased large stuff pizza sausage and steak Philly cheese mini pizza door dash. Was gross whole purchase taste disgusting waste 23.00 trash next morning.

I left a tip because the people working there were so nice, they all seemed like good people happy to be there. I really appreciate good service so much so I tipped them in a setting I normally wouldn't even think to do so

So many people were asking for refunds. Including me, asked for 1 pizza, the time went over 30 minutes before I decided to get my refund. Two kids in the back, the slowest workers I'd ever seen. God bless that girl trying her best.

Im only leaving this review because Andrew M. Almost got that mole knocked off his face. Furthermore if veterans are supposed to eat free on November 11th then i shouldn't have had a price thrown at me before confirming my status. Dudes just rude as hell with the wrong type of people

I’ve just started coming here and each time has been an awesome experience. The manager (with the fishing hat) is Always polite and gives terrific customer service 😊 Runs her shift correctly and makes sure every order is out FRESH!!! Excellent Job 1960 location 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾 (Parking lot with dollar general) My family and I Love this place ❤️ Thank You!

I’m trying to call the restaurant they don’t know how to answer the phone the staff is slow looks like only one person working

I was on hold an hour and 7 minutes just to place an order. She never came back to the phone, so I hung up. I come here all the time and it’s the same rude talk & treatment from all employees. Not just to me, but every time I come there’s multiple people complaining. I never leave a review anywhere, but this continuously happens here at this location and it’s disgusting. I pray they find peace

Based on other reviews I should have left this place alone. I order a deep dish sausage pizza, cheese bread and a 2l soda. When I got my pizza you can tell it was cooked lazy like. Cheese was sliding off pizza. The cut was horrible and the dough need to be cooked more. Overall I would not recommend this place. It’s a hit or miss and normally it’s a miss.

Andrew M. is rude & had a smart mouth for absolutely no reason. I sat & waited patiently for him to fufill other orders just for him to get to me & make a smart remark. Learn how to shut up & just do your job with a smile like the rest of us. So focused on huffing & puffing & having an attitude when you need to be focused on not dripping sweat from your forehead into the pizzas.

I wish i could rate this location a -0 the manager was very much rude didnt try to work with me on how they burnt my kids pizza i wouldnt dare feed that to a dog nor homeless person this place will not get another dollar from me!!!
