Pulled into the drive thru to order… only car there. There is a black guy with classes standing behind the counter appearing to put things away ok let’s give him a minute . 1 min turned to five mins turned to what felt like 10 he did not approach the window did not acknowledge us waiting patiently looked our way and kept working drove around to the front no customers f plus customer service.

I’m not really sure why it has “hot and ready” on the side of the building because there is NEVER anything prepared to go when we pop in to get pizza. It’s very disappointing and think this location should be shut down or Managment should be re-evaluated..

BIG NO. Drive down a bit south to the location on hwy 6 & addicks satsuma rd for 10/10 pizza. The pizza here always seems to be dry yet under cooked the 2 times I went.

Stopped by in my way home cause of the drive thru. Waited at drive thru for 7 minutes and made eye contact with two employees and they did nothing. No customers inside. Just gonna order pizza hut.

Amazingly pizza feel this ppl can be judgmental knowing the status of working in food am claim they do when they complain about the same problems but love the area great communications within the staff

I love the pizza here—grew up eating it and still crave it. The garlic bread is great too. And for just 10 bucks, getting both the pizza and garlic bread is a great deal. The people who work here are always so nice.

Walked in and bought a “hot and ready” It was not hot and the crust was old and dry. Very very disappointed. At times it’s great and at times it’s terrible. To insure you get a hot and ready pizza, order it and wait for it. 🙁🙁🙁

I came in to order a pizza place the order over online because the staff didn't want to take my order in person and I was told to order online. I come back 30 minutes later saying my online order is ready, Grab it through the pizza portal everything looks proper. I get home the pizza is lukewarm and taste very old. The crust didn't taste right and was very off, The cheese wasn't stringy at all on the pizza, The pepperoni taste burnt and The beef tasted wrong. All in all I had to throw away half of the 3 pizzas that I ordered Because me my wife and my daughter got violently ill in the bathroom after consuming them. My family was upset because Little Caesars is a treat for us and we very much enjoy it. Will really have to think after this if we want to continue and go back. Between people telling us to order online so they can go back to horse playing in the back and Food that made us repaint our porcelain it will be awhile before we go back.
