As I sit here in my car, waiting for my mobile order to be ready, I did pull up to the drive-through where there was absolutely no vehicles when I pulled up to the window. I asked for two hot and ready and she said it would take 45 minutes to an hour then I said OK then I said I will just order on my app and pick it up. Well it looks like my order will be ready within 20 minutes so I think they just lie to you so that you can drive off and then you don’t have to wait supposedly to an hour. This is not true. Bad customer service

I wish I could give this location 0 stars. Never have a hot n ready. INever come to the drive thru to attend to you. Advance orders are never ready!!!! New employees or new managers that know how to teach and motivate them is needed!!! Horrible horrible, I’ve literally cried leaving this location because after a long day I thought I could just swing by and pick up a pizza and not have to cook and no!!!!! Never the case! I can’t stand this location! I’m in the drive thru now and have sat here for 15 mins now and haven’t even been acknowledged!

This location does not seem to give a Sugar Honey Ice Tea about service. Everytime you try to get pizza here you will be told 30-1hr till pizza is available. You could try to order online, however that does not matter, when your pizza states it should be ready it is not, and staff will tell you we are backed up and it will be an additional 30 plus wait. Reviews here are not pleasant at all for this location, however I hoped maybe staff was new and possibly would do better. I was greatly disappointed. Won't be coming to this location anymore I will go out of my way to the location on Uvalde for my orders from now on.

Absolute worst place to go .... They don't wait on you... I sat in the drive thru for over an hour and they never waited on me.. they had plenty of people evidently ordering on line and walking in the pick up their orders.. they could care less about the customers driving up.
Get there and they are already giving out wrong orders to other customers and get to ordering and they say it will be 45 mins just went to pizza hut

Ordered 4 pizzas, 2 pepperoni, 1 cheese, and 1 slices-stix and only received 3 pizzas, 1 cheese and 2 slices-stix. Tried to call and have them fix the mistake by sending the 2 pizzas that weren't delivered, and they said they can only do a refund. But then I had to send pictures and jump through hoops just to REQUEST a refund that I still may or may not receive. I was visiting family and ordered through the app; had I known they only had a 2.3 star rating I would not have ordered from them. Furthermore, I will continue to go with Domino's, Pizza Hut, etc; anywhere but Little Cesars.

Can’t order ahead online for pick up, always slow. Nothing but kids working with no sense of urgency or manners. Customer service doesn’t seem to be a priority or a care here
