It’s upsetting cause I love coming to Little Caesars but this store is never consistent. The pizza is never fresh. Employees make mistakes and it feels like it’s on purpose at this point. Recently went in and the cashier didn’t acknowledge me. He kept talking to his coworker who was on the phone doing nothing but gossip with him.

Put an order since 2pm and to have it ready for 430pm I get there and they don’t have it ready and keep in mind it’s 501 pm .. they have people who work there who don’t give a shit about the customers, hot and ready are suppose be ready for pick up any time, and they never have it s there is always some bs excuse… who ever the manager is needs to do better this place isn’t worth a shit don’t buy from here

The place always looks messy, it’s hard to get someone on the phone when you need them and the food takes way too long to get cooked. Almost an hour wait for a pepperoni pizza. I’d rather spend a few extra bucks and go to Marco’s or Pizza Hut.

I went through the drive through just to get a simple classic pepperoni pizza. Once i asked they said it will be a 40 minute wait. 40 minutes????!!! absolutely not they need to get better at whatever they are doing because i am not about to wait 40 minutes just for a simple pepperoni pizza.

I ordered a pizza , they told me it be 30 minutes because there busy, I wait 45 mins for a pizza that looked like it been there all day then waited another 20 minutes for them to remake it , and this one doesn't look better 🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻 dumb people should not be working if they gonna do this .....NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS ONE!!!!!!!!!

I went to this place for Delivery, the service was not 100% fast but come on... it was Halloween yesterday when I went. In any case, the worker kept me informed and as soon as my order was ready, she told me and that was it. I'm going to give it 5 stars, they are situations of major cause that will not influence my experience.
It has a drive thru and that new cook makes real pizza, very good! Order ahead of time online or door dash later in the evening for best results.

If I could leave negative stars I would. This place is a disgrace!!! The girl at the front counter had so much attitude, someone needs to slap some respect and manners into her! I only saw one guy who was busting his butt to get out orders and keep the line moving. Other then that I waited 45 minutes for 2 pizzas and I ordered online!!!!!!! This place needs to get shutdown or get some serious help cause that is Insane absolutely horrible!!!!!

Asked to talk to the manager to discuss the situation and for help, but to be exact the manager working on Saturday night shift just to give you context, is really a truly, rude, unprofessional and useless employee thats honestly his best description,
He said there was nothing he could do to help me out, but give me a free 2 litter drink to make up for the one hour of delay, always blaming the previous shift for his failure to run a place what a shame!
