My fiancé and I walked in for a picturesque photo session for our engagement pictures with our photographer and immediately fell in love with the speakeasy vibes and pinball games. Lynn, the bartender working was fabulous. She let us take pictures, allowed us to move things around (we put them back of course) and was just so kind to let us have creative freedom with our photographer. We ordered a cocktails for the shoot and even had a yummy Jell-O shot. Overall, Lynn’s personality and welcoming demeanor made our entire session amazing. Will absolutely come back and recommend to all of my friends!

I mean the atmosphere here was amazing. I loved the little balcony outside. We were out bar hopping for my son’s 21st birthday and this place is supposedly known for its old fashion’s. Man was I let down! The bartender was rude, and idk if it was his first day or what, but what I was served was by far the worst old fashion I’ve ever had. It wasn’t just me either. We ordered 4 of them, one for each, and none of us could get past the first sip. Mind you I LOVE old fashions, whatever the hell the bartender put in our glasses didn’t even resemble that. 0 stars for the drink 0 stars for the bartender 5 stars for the atmosphere

Unfortunately my first drink/bar in DT Houston was a fail...first off the bar itself is funky cool and lovely, it came recommended.....my bartender???...and let the preface be..if I died tomorrow 100 out of the 102 people that will attend my funeral would be bartenders well or at least industry people...I seriously thought of stiffing this girl she was that apathetic...the bar only had 8 to 10 people in it but you can see still great vibe with the exception of this bartender..Thursday night 815pm...

Walked over after the Astros home opener. Bartender was drunk. Refused to walk to our side of the bar to deliver our drinks even though the bar was empty and we ordered from our seats.Too many bars in the area to deal with such poor service. Go anywhere else.

Loved the whole vibe of this place, the decor is beautiful and it's cozy. They have awesome pinball machines and a photobooth. However I gave it 3 stars because the one bartender that was there (another one came after) was out of it? I'm not sure but she would ask over again what husband wanted and we would stand there while she was just talking to other people and she didn't get our orders. It was frustrating, then when she made the drinks they were gross. The other bartender was fast and attentive and her drinks were better.

I always stop by Little Dipper when I’m in downtown Houston. The bartenders are super friendly, the beer and liquor selection is good, and the atmosphere is lively but not too loud.The outdoor area by the street is fabulous for people watching and having a smoke if you’re so inclined.

This lady is the rudest most nasty bartender i have ever encountered. I don’t understand who gave her the title of “manager” with this egregious behavior/ horrible customer service. Today was my first time here and the customer service is a ZERO. I chatted with a few others at the bar and they said she is always like that. when we asked for drink orders she responded with rude sarcastic answers. As well as the wrong drinks!! We asked for Mexican candy shots and she poured pineapple in it , IYKYK !! ?However We got our drinks, paid, left and came back a few hours later and she refused to serve me and a few others at the bar. (with the same complexion as me) . 0.8/10 would not recommend when this hateful lady is working. However the ambiance is super chill and cozy??
