Absolutely the worst service… they were behind the counter for 5 min before they even served me.

Like this place. Didn’t know it was a New England Patriots bar. You can’t listen to the Texans on Sunday because they play the Patriots. It’s cool, but not the best place for Texans fans. Great drinks!

One bartender is hitting ping pong balls with a golf club...the other is playing on her phone. The few patrons that dare the bad service wait in agony.... Finally get a beer and find a game to watch on one of the TVs... Bartender that was hitting ping pong balls decided to change the game without asking...I am the only one watching the tv..Today, was my last visit here.

I visited for a couple of questions and general manager was very rude not helpful, and very uninterested. Last time I went workers were very nice. I suggest going when the general manager isn’t there.

Small on the inside I couldn't imagine it on a packed night I came in a slow tuesday week night but very cool place very chill good vibes Mostly a beer or straight whisky drinking type of place the mixology wasn't too great but they have wonderful specials Wednesdays is all day happy hour .

What can is there to say? The night shift bartenders are all amazing. Get to know them a little bit and it will really make you feel respected and welcomed, at least in my experience.

Came here after work. The brunette bartender said they only do industry discounts but still honored it because we work in the village. I ordered 2 margs for myself and 2 for my friend. Our total was $20 and the industry discount was $3. I NEVER tip on my card so whatever cash I had I tipped which was a $1 and change. The bartender returned and was upset that I tipped 10% and said “ I work on tips and I hooked you up, the least you could have done was tip me more”. I explained to here that I do not tip on my card, she did not care. Me and my friend left and did not finish our second drink. We used to come to Woodrow’s after work all the time and had a great time. NEVER AGAIN! I miss the old bartender, I’m glad she moved on in her career but I had better customer service with her and tipped her well because she was very attentive and friendly versus the experience I had tonight.
