The accuracy of food preparation needs work. I’ve only ordered from this restaurant twice and my simple request to have chili on my fries never gets fulfilled. It’s a modifier option that is offered on their menu. I would pay the extra $2. My first order was a dine-in, so when my fries were brought out without the chili, it was corrected then and there. For my second visit, I had ordered to-go. Unfortunately, I did not think to open the to-go box to check if my food was made correctly before I drove back home. When I had made it home, lo and behold, no chili on my fries AGAIN. Also, the cook grilled the onions for my burger when I wanted it raw and my burger was soggy at the bottom.

That burger was cooked to perfection! And the service was so friendly, it really made my day. They work incredibly fast too, I was in and out in no time. Definitely going back there again soon, hopefully with friends. A+ experience! It was soo good I didn't even have time to take a picture. ?

This place came in clutch for service, had an experience with the food truck that didn’t go well and they reached out and fixed it right away! That’s great service in my book. Burgers are very soggy that bottom disappears with all that grease

Parking is small. The cashier at Loaded Burger said we could park next door at Masjed. Been here a couple of times and definitely will continue coming here for a burger.
