Totinos, we dined and had the most professional happy spirited waitress, informative about the uptown and surrounding safe areas to adventure( night life,) returning for second day she was still warm and welcoming, this nice young black gentleman waited on us professionally gave suggestions after asking, got our orders swiftly and very great food overall, highly recommended to all folk to feel welcome to experience their ♥️

Always love Local Foods but here to comment to bring back the spicy margarita! The new cocktails are a step down from what we were used to before. My family would love Crunchy Chicken Sandwich with a spicy margarita on the side and it just doesn’t hit the same without it.

Love Local Foods! The atmosphere is great, with a wonderful outside dining area. There are so many food options, even for those with special nutritional needs. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Highly recommend this restaurant!

Dietary restrictions: They have several gluten-free options and all the sandwiches can be made into a salad!

Parking: Even though the parking is limited and it's metered, the first hour is free.

A very good restaurant with a wide variety of drinks and semi-self-service ordering. There are many people at noon. But there's enough space so it's still comfortable. There is a lot to visit nearby and it is well worth a visit.

Ordered the chircurrio salad, you only get 2 pieces of salmon for almost 20$. I would say that's a bit over priced for 1/2 of a salmon. The apple beet salad is great, it reminds me of thanksgiving. Great customer service

The food is kind of like a hospital cafeteria or private schools cafeteria if you want to be nice. Monterey he $ at am and had a pretty bad salad there but just when I thought this place couldn’t get worse the owners announce there giving money to the Israeli military despite them killing 17,000 children also the ambiance is mid

Outdoor patio was very nice. Might be good to add more shade. It was hot in the sun today in February so it will only be much hotter as we get into summer.

Nice variety on the menu. There is something for everyone.

Vegetarian options: Tofu can be substituted for any other meat options.

Love the vegan pancakes as part of "the California" plate but wish they had been packaged separately in my to-go order instead of on top of the tofu scramble, which had good flavor but was too spicy to enjoy. It's not the first time I've ordered something vegan that was surprisingly spicy, and I recommend they mention chili flakes on the menu for people who can't eat spicy foods. Lastly, I miss the vegan orange-colored aioli that used to come with the vegan banh mi option! It has so much flavor compared to the plain vegan aioli.

Horrible Experience – Don’t Waste Your Time!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I came in expecting a meal, but what I got instead was a complete waste of my time. I placed my order and waited…and waited…and waited. Meanwhile, I watched as other customers who arrived after me got their food. I asked the staff about my order multiple times, and all I got were empty reassurances and blank stares.

After an unreasonably long wait, it became clear—they never even started making my food! No apology, no explanation, just complete incompetence. Eventually, I had no choice but to leave, starving and furious.

The lack of communication, organization, and basic customer service is absolutely unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and take your business somewhere that actually values its customers. I will NEVER be coming back.
