"The 2021 La Storia Cab has a dense ruby-purple color followed by abundant varietal aromas and flavors of blueberries, blackberry, and black licorice with hint of herbs and ripe olives. The French oak aging contributes aromas of vanilla, cocoa dust and slight toast. The mouth feel is medium dense, fresh and juicy with balanced acidy and very soft tannins for a young wine."

Blueberry, black cherry, vanilla. On palate, rich + friendly mouthfeel with a long finish. Winemaker Richard Luftig, Brooklyn native, is a highly regarded Wine Director, having worked in the food and wine industry since starting as a busboy at age 13. His approach to winemaking is "The farmer's footprint is the best fertilizer. When the land is well-trodden, the vine will be well-tended, the details not overlooked". He seeks out farmers who are attentive in the vineyard, and he then seeks to not manipulate the wine in the cellar. The wine is a pure expression of the land, with cellar work to enhance the beauty, not change its destiny.

The wine is bright and lively with intensevarietal aromas of Bing cherry, blueberry, and plums and a hint of violets. The fine oak barrel aging brings in subtle aromas of vanilla, maple, cocoa beans and slight toast and smokiness. The mouth feel is solid, with medium to full body and very soft and elegant tannins that accentuate the wine's long and juicy finish with lively acidity. Zinfandels when balanced are very versatile food pairing wines with broad range and this wine will satisfy your palate with many of your favorite dishes. The wine is delicious now but with some patience and proper aging in 2-5 years it will be even better.

Totinos, we dined and had the most professional happy spirited waitress, informative about the uptown and surrounding safe areas to adventure( night life,) returning for second day she was still warm and welcoming, this nice young black gentleman waited on us professionally gave suggestions after asking, got our orders swiftly and very great food overall, highly recommended to all folk to feel welcome to experience their ♥️

Always love Local Foods but here to comment to bring back the spicy margarita! The new cocktails are a step down from what we were used to before. My family would love Crunchy Chicken Sandwich with a spicy margarita on the side and it just doesn’t hit the same without it.
