The place is not fancy, but their food is always good. When I'm in the area I always get couple to-go bowls and they are always excellent. Their service could be hit or miss, as I frequently see new people manning their stations.
Food is great. Server had her hoodie sleeves all the way past her wrists. You could see food stains on it and she was dragging the hoodie sleeves in and out all the food as she was preparing the bowl. I asked her to roll up her sleeves which she did but had an attitude. All workers should be wearing gloves and take precautions about maintaining hygienic conditions.
We’ve been loyal Local Poke customers for years! Especially excited when they opened this location. The staff is always super sweet and we enjoy chatting with them through the line.
The portions are very generous and worth every penny. We each normally get a Large bowl. The fish is fresh and flavorful. All sides and offerings are fresh and refrigerated properly.
