Decided to check the Loch out on a Saturday night during Houston’s restaurant month. I looked up the location ahead of time and saw that it was in a very nice area ( rich ) with a lot happening ( shopping/ restaurants/ movie theater) , so I knew that parking was going to be an issue. My first thought was to just valet park for the $10 plus but when we arrived we saw this huge garage in the middle of the complex that supposedly indicates where there are...
