Only reason I’d give 4 stars over 5 is because of the inconsistent bays. Took 20+ mins off our reservation time trying to configure the simulator program. This was the first time it happened as I’ve came here quite a bit.Overall a great place to catch games and get some swings in. Food is quality and tasty. They almost always have deals going on which is the cheapest rate I’ve seen in Houston (as low as $10/hr for a bay)

The food is great but the software that runs these things is absolute trash. It works maybe 40% of the time just registering a hit or throw or whatever. You can't even type in your name without it being glitchy. Save your money on the bays. Exercise in frustration.

If you want to golf, this is NOT the place to try to play. I had a bay reserved online, the staff called to confirm this reservation which was set at 10:00 pm. My girlfriend and I went to dinner, before our tee time, as we were leaving dinner and ten minutes away from the location, I received a call from them saying “there was a glitch in the system” and that the bay was not available. The employee also said the manager offered a 50% off coupon for the next time… if I wanted to give my information. This is the worst place to play. It seems they only want to cater to their regulars and that’s why times aren’t available. Taking my business to top golf and not bothering with loft 18 in the future. Your best bet would be to reserve two weeks ahead of time, maybe they won’t call you to cancel 20 minutes before.

Food is okay. Had the sliders…no flavor. Buku fries were good but too much cheese and chipotle ranch it was soggy.Service could be better. They weren’t busy so…Along with the video game feature was lacking. Why have us remove from section if no one else is scheduled afterwards?

Popped in without a reservation to celebrate my son's 21st birthday. There were pool tables, golf simulators and a deck. The staff was friendly and professional. The food was amazing. Usually bar food is average at best but they took their time to cook and season the food! Good drinks. Not watered down but not too heavy. Everyone was just chilling having a good time. I recommend reserving the golf simulators ahead of time. We'll definitely be back here!

It was so fun with a big group!!! Just a heads up tho it’s a $500 limit while you’re playing only. We thought we could hang out and hit $500 but nope it’s while you’re playing only. The micholada was good too!!!! Also lock your car and do not leave anything valuable in your car. There was glass all over the parking lot where multiple cars got broken into.

I’ve come to Loft 18 on three occasions now and feel the service has slowly declined and the simulators are showing their age. Today we were there for two hours and our waitress came by 4 times. We waited over 30 minutes to have our water refilled. The food was good and fresh.The simulators themselves are finicky. We were in Bay 3 and the simulator registered 1 out of every four shots despite detecting the ball. This happened regardless of who was hitting.Overall it was pretty frustrating and disappointing.

Y’all need more staff. It’s a Sunday and it’s a big game weekend and so many people need orders taken. The staff you have is working very hard but y'all need to hire more people. Management do better!
If I could give a zero I would. We came an hour before a game to get a table. Then half way through the game the manager Austin came up and told us that this table was reserved. There was no sign marking it reserved, then told us we had to leave the because someone got on line and reserved it. I cannot believe a business is run like that. The place was packed with people so there was no where for us to go except to stand. So we left. Be careful if you come here halfway through your meal you might be the next lucky one to get kicked out. Service was SLOW but the waitstaff was really trying they were just way understaffed. I guess at least we didn’t have to wait an hour to get our check since the manager was there to kick us off the table we had been at (just like everyone else in the restaurant that came early to get a table) for 2 hrs.

I will not be going back. I was there a few weeks ago with very slow service. The Detroit Lions group is known to be there on Sundays so maybe have more staff? Fast forward to today, I got there over an hour early to get a table. The hostess was not at the desk so I took a table that was not marked reserved. Halfway through the game we are informed the table is reserved and we can't sit there anymore. I hadn't finished eating. I still had my drink that I had only taken like 2 sips of. It was ridiculous, the table was not marked as reserved like other tables were! I will never go back. It was definitely not worth how much my bill was when I left.
