Logan’s can do better they want great tips, but they don’t do the work enough for it. Customer service out the door horrible. I can’t continue to come if the service is not where it needs to be ridiculous how ordered a salad you might as well just let me go buy a bag of lettuce basically that’s all you gave me, shaking my head I do not recommend anyone coming to this place

I used to eat at Logans once a week when they had locations everywhere. The one I mostly went to was up in Lewisville. It was so good! I would choose it over Texas Roadhouse. We went to this Logans, and it was not that great. The service was good and it was clean, but the food was not very good. I was disappointed for sure.

Very poor customer service, no one to wait on my table, had 3 different waiters/ waitresses (1was maybe the manager didn't identify themselves). Didn't ask how I would like my food cooked, didn't offer or bring condiments with my meal, meat was cooked well done (one side of meat was burned and the other side was grey and tough).PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE... I can see why they are going out of business. Waste of money and MY! TIME!
Best wings ever!!!! Love they are grilled with perfect seasoning, and not fried. So good that I get for my meal instead of appetizer. Y'all definitely have it going on with wings!

Girls in front are rude ,our waiter couldnt get our order right. They charged me for onion rings that i didnt get, My total was 67.84 $ I told the waiter you didn't bring me my onion rings. So the onion rings were 7.99 I told him my total is 6784$, he discounted. The Onion rings there were 7.99 and I still ended up paying 64.84.$How the hell does that work,I should Just paid the other $3 and got The Onion rings.to go. Wont come back I dont like to spend My hard-earned money at a place that's rude to its guest. And for the hostess that are at the door please next time greet customers with a smile.This aint the Getto/HoodSay hello, good evening, I'll be right with you. Those are positive words you can use.
