I'm so not supportive of the bad practice of asking for service tips before even seeing your order delivered and experiencing the service!
Then I wonder what service am I being asked to tip minimum 18% of the bill if I have to fill my own water glass, I have to go get my utensils.. How about you ask your customers to wash their dishes too and still claim tip?

First time here. Needed a place close by for lunch and saw this place. Old diner type vibe. Order at the counter then sit wherever, open kitchen. My wife ordered an omelet and mimosas. She did like her meal. I ordered the chicken tenders. The tenders were fresh not frozen but, the breading was falling off and they were so greasy i only ate a 1/3 of them. I will say the herb fries were really good. You have to get your own utensils and condiments. The menu could have more options. in hindsight i should have ordered breakfast.
I ordered the home skillet plate with country. Fried steak eggs over easy and the corn. Beef hash the steak was chewy hard to cut through the corn beef hash. Should have just be called potatoes and onions. There was barely barely any hash in it. It looks like bacon bits . the eggs were mediocre at best will not be coming back to this place. Again, not worth the money.

Had the orange juice with french toast and fruit with bacon and my company had the pancakes with ham and 2 eggs whites. The bacon cold and ham was too . Thought it was fresh made. But it was decent. I will stay home next time and cook it lol 😂
