All the staff were good. Server Everett was excellent. We had meatballs, prosciutto and buratta, fried artichoke and zucchini, Mediterannean salad, steak tartare, salmon carpaccio, gnocchi, tagliolini, pollo arrosto, filet mignon, striped bass special, olive oil cake, apple crisp, pistacchio tiramisu. All were very good, except artichoke and zucchini were okay, and striped bass was a beautiful piece of fish, but had no flavor.
I really wanted to like this place. Maybe I didn't order the right thing, but I ordered what my server suggested. Wagyu meat ball were dry which shouldn't happen with wagyu because of the fat content 🤷🏾. The lobster dish was missing flavor, maybe some salt. It does come with plenty of lobster in the pasta and an entire lobster tail. Just wasn't exploding with flavor. The Gnocchi was ok. Was surprised it was $8/per to add shrimp. Pop is from a can or bottle....
We enjoyed our visit to Lombardi. This is our fourth trip and the food and service are consistently great! It was a bit loud inside main dining room but other than that I have no complaints. We will be back!
