First time eating here. Honestly I only wanted to try this place because of the chicken samosas. They taste just like how it would when my mom makes them at home so those were really good. The nachos were decent but I feel like if sour cream and guacamole or an Indian type of twist to guacamole would be offered it would make the dish 10 times better. Overall I would give it a 6.5 out of 10 for what I tried. Will definitely try this place again with different menu items.

Couldn’t be more disappointed, after reading through the reviews we thought right, this is the place for good food, well NOT AT ALL, onion Bhaji for appetizer soggy and gritty in the middle, clearly microwaved or heated in the oven, chicken Tika like Tomato soup with chicken in it, lamb Rogan Josh salty, Peshawar Naan heated in the oven or microwave.
Just my take on the London Sizzler.

Worst experience ever in any restaurant in terms of customer service. Walked into the restaurant and which was hardly 20% occupied yet they haggled so much on letting us two occupy a seat little larger table for 4, that table for 4 was also not something too large or grand but the server disagreed to let us take the table. I would have understood it was over capacity or at capacity. Highly unprofessional l, rude, arrogant and they don't care for business. I was coming in for special occasion and they totally for us. The restaurant manager needs to look at if this is kind of experience they want to have customers take away.

We went to the bar only, their internet server was not working. The lady at the front said we can pay zelle or cash. We said we can do zelle and they allowed us to sit at the bar. When we finished drinking, they said only cash. How are you going to say something and expect only cash? Their customer service is not friendly or was a good experience. Will never come again, negative vibe experience. Not a friendly experience, will give 0.5 star

Came here for my brother's birthday dinner as a party of 8. I recommend a good size group so you can eat family style and try more of the menu. It's a very tasty and flavorful menu.
A suggestion for this restaurant and neighboring Himalaya... get the landlord to install at least 1 charging station for electric vehicles (EVs) to the parking lot. It'll bring more traffic to these great Houston restaurants.

We went to London Sizzler for dinner with our client and a friend. It's in a popular place where all Indian restaurants, grocery stores, etc, are located. When we went in there, there was no one in the restaurant, and we wanted to sit at a bigger table to give ourselves more space. But our request was outrightly denied, which we found a little unusual given the fact that the restaurant was not at all busy, and the table that we wanted anyway did not get occupied till we left the place. So the start was not all that good. The place is decent for a simple meal. We ordered some starters, including chicken tikka, Fish Tikka, and Pakodas. They were okay in taste. We also ordered the classic dal rice and biryani, and they tasted good. All in all, this is an okay place, but I would say they need to improve on their front customer experience, which is an absolute must in the restaurant business.

Pretty solid spot for Punjabi food in Houston. Tried the malai kofta and aloo paratha — they were decent, but nothing too standout. However, the daal chawal was absolutely excellent — comforting, flavorful, and perfectly done. Service was okay, not bad but not particularly memorable either. Overall, a good experience and I’d come back just for that daal chawal!
It was my 2nd visit and this time around I brought one of my friends. So some reason our appetizers didn't come out. All we got were the sauces for it only, then our entries came out. Another server came out and apologize profusely & got our appetizers out immediately. He came back again & said the appetizers were on the house because of the mistake. Normally at restaurants they just say sorry & walk away but the staff at London Sizzler really went out of their way. I took my friend here because the food was so delicious & of their great service. She got to witness it with her own eyes. It's very hard to find a place that has great food & service.
The vindaloo there is awesome! I can't get enough of it. We also got lamb curry, saag paneer, and kebabs, along with some naan. The lamb was so tender the meat fell right out of the bone. All the food we ordered came out perfect. We also had recurring refills of our drinks from the staff & that was very nice too. I will definitely come again.

Fantastic Indian food, that I'll definitely be coming back for whenever I'm in the area! While I find it very rare to find Indian food I don't like (though it has happened), it is also rare to find a place that stands out, but I personally loved the food here and so did my spouse, which hasn't been the case with the majority of the Indian food more local to us, south of Houston. But if I'm in the area for a Micro Center visit, I'll be sure to try and squeeze in some food pickup as well now! Would definitely recommend!
