Love the service here! They are so nice. I forget to tell them no coffee in the mocha drink for the kids. They ordered the new ones but they still gave me a refund.
She is really sweet and nice.
My fave drinks : Royal artichoke, and Taro coconut smoothie ( BEST TARO smoothie ever- goes so well with coconut)

The matcha and coconut tea was delicious. They also have food options like pastries and pasta. A little more than just a coffee shop.
Parking: It is in a large shopping center with plenty of parking

Been coming here for years, drinks have lowered in quality over time. But my favorite has always been the Jasmine Milk tea with boba. However what caught my attention was the treatment of the employees. I was in the middle of ordering and witnessed who I’m assuming was a higher up picking at and yelling at one specific employee while the others just watched. I’m sure mistakes happen but it just sounded like she was just berating the young girl, kind of threw me off. Nonetheless the service was okay, just wanted to mention what I heard and saw. (Edit: I think the drinks and food are decent, I do enjoy the popcorn chicken here as well, however I don’t necessarily agree and like watching employees be mistreated and bullied since I work in the service industry myself)

2025 Update: This place remains a delight. Gone is the former cutesy Japanese Anime vibe, but in its place is a small, intimate neighborhood vibe. They have again changed the hot Vietnamese milk coffee, but now it's good, still different than the original one, but good.
2022 update: They changed the hot Vietnamese milk coffee! I drank that coffee for over a decade, always good, always the same. On a recent visit, different (and lousy). When I discussed it with the young lady, she tried to deny for a long time that they had changed it. When I insisted that I know what it's supposed to taste like and they changed it, she finally relented. How long has it been since you were here last? About six months. Oh yeah, we changed it a few months ago. PUT IT BACK!!!!

Love this place. Everything is good but the fried shrimp are even better, tell them no spice. Popular joint gets crowded. Family friendly for kids except a little small requires some "indoor voice." This building is a former Starbucks. Long coffee used to be over in the main strip rather than free standing like this and was cozier over there, going to some trouble to create a cutsey Japanese anime vibe. The three young ladies working the counter would greet each entering customer by calling out "hi" in three different cutsey voices, creating a sort of "live/canned" electronic door greeting machine effect. They can't do that anymore, my last visit I counted **TEN** workers behind the counter.
Very traditional + drive thru

I recently stopped by Long Coffee in Houston for a quick caffeine fix, and I was pleasantly surprised. The drinks were good, and the atmosphere was nice and cozy.
I ordered the Matcha coconut, and it was pretty good. It was a bit too sweet for me, even though I adjusted the sweetness level to the lowest amount. The watermelon drink was refreshing and tasted like 100% watermelon with no additives.
Overall, I had a good experience at Long Coffee. The drinks were good, and the service was friendly. I would recommend it if you're looking for a quick and satisfying coffee or tea experience.
Here are some additional things to note about Long Coffee:
* They offer a variety of coffee drinks, teas, smoothies, and shaved ices.
* They have a small seating area inside.
* They are open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM every day.
I hope this review helps you decide if Long Coffee is the right place for you.

Very high rate of missing toppings for drinks at all times of days, busy and non busy. Other than that, decent drinks and snacks for a decent price.

I got went through the drive through and ordered a mango smoothie. I got to the window not a single car behind me and they sent me to the front of the store. There I waited almost 10 minutes for a single smooth. From the front of the store I can see employees just standing around talking not even working. How is it possible that it takes so long to complete one drink order.
