This location is closed.. I had a craving for long johns.. we saw that it was closed for good.. so everyone this location is closed. I guess it's for the best because it was running down..

The food is pretty good however the customer service is pretty ghetto .. the cooks do not use gloves if your a germ a phone the cashier took my money gave me my change and proceeded to dump shrimp out of the palm of her hands in the grease.. the staff is cool however very unprofessional and ghetto Updating my review from 3 months ago .. Came last night my brother and i got sick , we knew the fish wasn't fresh but we was super hungry from a fun day at the water park .. we became so ill .. we called to complain.. we walked inside it look like roach paradise !!! The food was good i tried to support them outside the flaws but truth is truth & stay away! Even An employee said " she don't eat anything from here "

This place is a slip n' fall waiting to happen. The floors are extremely greasy, as if they have never been mopped. When I walked in, there was a young lady sitting down. I assumed she was on her break. As I sat for a while, I noticed the young lady had sat the entire time I was there dining inside(Sunday buffet, so about 45 min) with the exception of taking orders. The food was fresh, but salty and very greasy. Someone came around to wipe the tables but the chairs and seating remained very dirty. THIS LOCATION IS TOO FILTHY FOR BUSINESS, TRILL TALK! A lot of bleach goes a long way. Also, my companion mentioned that it was difficult to tell who the manager was...Y'all gotta do better. I won't be returning to this location.

This place is a disaster on 2920. Food is good since everyone loves the fish. The personnel seem robotic. It's a great idea for fish. The restaurant lacked the table sauces. They were all almost empty. Malt vinegar, ketchup etc. Empty. I'll do carry out instead. Sorry Long John Silver.

Food is good and the people are nice. Only ate here twice for lunch. They take a bit to serve ya, so it's hard to eat here if you only have 30 minutes for lunch. And, it's an older place that's not "state of the art", but it's maintained.
Dirty dirty dirty. If the dining room is any indication, the kitchen must be a disgusting nightmare The bathrooms would be impossible to clean with all of the cracks in the grout and walls. The drink station leaks so much that the mat placed in front of it squishes when you step up the station. I won't be back until I see a new building. Someone needs to call the health department it's impossible for them to pass. I crossed my fingers that I would not get sick.

So I'm driving down the road when I spot a long John Silver and I am like bet I'm going there. I haven't had this in a min. I'm all excited for those hush puppies and little batter chips and then nothing but disappointment. I got the two piece fish combo and two piece chicken combo for my daughter. I couldn't tell which was which. I mean it's not difficult to tell fish apart from Chicken but here we have it in appearance and overall taste. If it wasn't 20 miles from my place I would have gone back for a refund. Don't waste your time.

There are very few locations left and I drove 16 miles to the closes one. We had a staff team member help me explain to my mentally challenged daughter her meal. She was courteous and went out of her way to help out. Thank you Clarissa. I hope continue your service with a smile

Have not been there in a year or so. Went through the drive-thru got it home and it was warm and delicious just like I remembered! Glad they were still open wish they had more business!
