Haven’t been to a Longhorn in a couple years and tonight was nothing short from perfect.

Antonio was super professional and handled his section and the bar with precision.

Food was exceptional had the 12oz ribeye medium rare cooked perfectly, added the shrimp, loaded baked potato and crispy Brussel sprouts. And to complement the meal I enjoyed the dragon fruit margarita.!

Food is always on point! Not very stoked about the service at this location, but that won't stop me from going back. There's nothing better than a perfectly cooked steak, and for the price point longhorn is worth it. The asparagus can be a bit rubbery sometimes, but overall I always go back for the New York strip.

I had an unfortunate experience while dining in.
I had been looking forward to celebrating the upcoming arrival of my child with my grandmother and my sons at one of my favorite restaurants. Unfortunately, this visit fell well below the standards I’ve come to expect from LongHorn.
When we arrived, our waitress greeted us, but it took about 7–10 minutes before she returned to take our drink orders. We decided to order our food at the same time. It was quite a while before our drinks were finally brought to the table, despite there only being four guests in our party.
When our meals arrived, I had ordered the Outlaw Ribeye, a loaded baked potato, and a side of broccoli. However, it took approximately 10 minutes before our server came back to check on us. At that point, I asked for melted butter and my broccoli, which were missing. She returned with regular butter instead of melted, which prevented me from even starting my meal.
After another 10–15 minutes, my broccoli finally arrived. By then, my steak and potato were cold, and the rest of my family had already finished eating and received to-go boxes. I was so frustrated that I had to take my food home just to enjoy it warm.
Additionally, every time our server approached the table, she seemed rushed, barely giving us a chance to ask for anything before she walked away again. I had only ordered water, which I finished quickly (especially being pregnant), but it was never refilled a very basic service expectation that was overlooked.
We paid our bill, but I left extremely disappointed. Before departing, I spoke with the manager on duty and informed her that while our server was polite, the overall service was very poor.
This was, without question, the worst experience I have ever had at LongHorn. Just a week prior, I had dined at the Katy location at 20636 Katy Fwy, and left them a glowing Google review because of their excellent service. Sadly, I cannot say the same about this visit.
Just disappointment especially during what should have been a joyful occasion.

Me and my family traveled out of state 9 hours and we stopped here for dinner. The place was nice, but when I ordered my first drink which was a top shelf it tasted like water and strawberry syrup. Secondly our waiter charged an extra $15 on my parents card after we all left him a cash tip. He was a tall Hispanic gentleman with dark black hair could not remember his name. But will never eat here again.
