Took too long to bring food waited over an hour and a half and we asked for medium steak,the food was super dry and grey steaks we asked them to make it again and they made it more dry than before .

I'm a regular customer of Longhorn Steakhouse, usually every Sunday morning. My favorite waitress is V she always takes care of me and she knows my order by heart. I ordered my normal and 8 oz sirloin butterflied baked potato and a salad. I eat half take the other half I take home always. This Sunday morning , I go to the restroom I come back and my table's cleared. V ask what happened I said I don't know, she said I'll be right back. She comes back with the manager who told me he cleared the table because he thought I was done. Mind you a full baked potato a little more than a half a steak and bread, full glass of tea, but you thought I was done. He offered to make another steak and take it to go I said okay I waited 15 more minutes and I didn't cause a scene, things happen. Later on that evening I go to eat my food and this is what I received... a large box with a Slither of steak with a hole in it and a potato. Are you serious you make the mistake and throw my food away and this is what you give me to replace my food!! This is absolutely unacceptable!! Below I've shared the pictures of how he replaced my meal. You ought to be ashamed of yourself. I was Furious when I saw this!! It looks like somebody's left overs but they weren't mine. Absolutely unacceptable, there is no excuse for this! And I haven't been back since. Unbelievable???

Been to this location twice. First time we were ignored, got served the wrong food etc. I went back last night 2 years after that incident and our sides were cold. And we were sat in a booth behind a waiter station and I had dirty dishes placed above my head ? and the place was messy. As soon as we got home we got sick. Throwing up and serious potty issues, this morning im still grossed out. This is the only Long Horn location that sucks. I've been to a lot of locations many times and I don't know what is going on with this location but it's not good. I should get a refund.

A wonderful experience while dining with Evin. He gave us his recommendations on the menu, checked on us as needed, and enlightened us on a few things during conversation. We had no complaints on our food or drinks! A random Tuesday date night but a great evening nonetheless.

Excellent service, great food and very clean place. This chain is one of my favorite ones. Service at this location was excellent (from the reception, to the waiter, to the person that brought the cuts and waited until we cutter and made sure the cooking was as for our expectations). I do recommend 100%. It’s excellent.
One of my favorite go to spots for some steak. The New York Strip has got to be my go to.Wheelchair accessibility: At the front of restaurant.

Beautiful establishment, look wise. I ordered the Salmon and 2 Bone-in Ribeyes.Once I arrived at my office, we got the wrong pieces of steak. I did not get bone-in ribeye cuts. I got what looked more like NY strip cuts and had NO bone. The steak was also not cooked to order. I hate having to do bad reviews, but it was simply unacceptable. Granted, I should've checked before leaving. Probably will not order take out from there again.

My steak was overcooked but didn't complain it just wasn't totally correct and didn't want to wait seems we waited and it wasn't very busy. The rest of the food was good.
