My order was not correct and when I asked if they could fix it they were very rude about making the changes that I initially requested. The order receiver needs to learn how to follow directions or read your order correctly. The food was great and the atmosphere seemed nice. I placed order to go.

Been here several times without issue but that was not the case on yesterday. After ordering our drinks (sodas) they were brought to the table ALL flat and warm. When we brought this to our server's attention, only then did she inform us that there was an issue with the soda fountain. This should have been told to us when we were ordering. She then had the nerve to ask us if we'd like to replace the drinks as if we were supposed to be fine with warm, flat soda and took no accountability for bringing the nasty drinks to the table in the first place. Her only defense was to tell us that she had just clocked in, as if to say "none of this is my fault". Not to mention she had a nasty attitude as if we were being unreasonable for complaining. I had to speak to the manager who, in turn, remedied the situation by replacing the drinks AND the server and she even comped one of our appetizers, which was nice. The food was delicious, as usual, but the issues early on made for a very unpleasant experience throughout the entire meal. I love Longhorn but yesterday will be my last time going to this particular location.

Longhorn! Around dinner time, there’s usually a 10-minute wait time to be seated. My favorite dish is the New York strip (medium well). Expect a red center if you order anything lighter than Medium cooked. The Mac and cheese has a good combination of flavor and texture. The asparagus is my new go to vegetable with the steaks here. The restrooms are typically clean. There is nice decor all around the restaurant. The bar area is a good spot to catch live sports!!

I ordered online but did not leave a tip for the young lady just to bag my food. I ordered a burger with no cheese and they put melted cheese on there so I couldn't take it off. Those also forgot my bread too and when shengsve me my food she rolled her eyes at me and walked away. The crazy thing about it is this wasn't thr first time they did this ( Stephanie). Thr last time they did this she brought the receipt and tried to make me put a tip on it. I refuse to tip someone yo do their job and bag my food.

Not the best service. And not consistent on the type of meat and point of cooking. I got lucky and the steak was really good, but others on the table not.

so my experience here was not good I wish it was better, I was on my way to my reservation and turned out I was automatically removed from the guest list and I have to put my name in on the list to get seated and then I had to wait 10 minutes I tried the bar side nobody helped me and I ended up just being sat and I ordered a drink and got Chagred for it when I never got it and food was okay too brussel sprouts were dry,burnt, and salty. I requested a side which tasted better and I never got my water refill of water service was disappointing and it smelled really horrible like mother natures gift scent like gross. I will try and come back when it is around lunch but other then dinner I Dont recommend

Server name: Anjeli GDescription: Hispanic, blonde short hair, with pink headband.Anjeli provided us with horrible service, she had an ugly attitude from the start. It also seemed as if she would talk about us with other employees, since she would point at our table and look over here. She would also forget things we order constantly. Such as bringing us our drink, sauce, or even napkins. Not once, did she offer us with drink refills, extra bread or if we needed anything. We would have to ask, and when we would she would seem very bothered and would say, “ anything else” with an attitude. When I would question her about an order she would say “what are you talking about “ as if she had no idea what I was saying. She also left a mark on my ticket “restaurant copy” expecting me to provide a 22% gratuity, which I obviously didn’t leave due to the poor service. This is as to why I took the restaurant copy and left the customer copy.Lastly, there was even a hair on our Mac&cheese that she replaced and acted as if she already knew since she had approached the table and immediately said, “oh no what wrong”
