When i walked into there was only one server, she never came up to us to get our drinks. The buser had to grab them for us. Our server finally comes to our table and takes our order but never comes back. Other people walked in the restaurant and the server got their drinks , took their order and checked on them. I was polite and not rude or needy at all so to be the only table ignored in the establishment really had me baffled :( hopefully the server can learn to treat all her guest equally!!

I used to love coming here. Ever since the lady that would take care of us that gave us great service has left and they have a new server. I do not like this place. The service is really slow and sucky. They ignore you until you get up and ask them if you're gonna get helped and then they don't give you great service. They take a long time to bring your drinks. They never come and check up on you or when your food food comes out to see if you're good. They don't bring refills and then they don't bring the check as well. I used to love to come here and get great service. But now I come here and get bad service. So I'm just not gonna come back anymore. This was the second time I tried to give them another chance. But my money is way worth more than this.

food is really good. menudo much better than alamo on berry street. tacos are really good as well.service is great. the atmosphere is so so.i'd rather have great food than atmosphere.i'm going back.
