The RESTAURANT with the same name in SUGAR LAND Tx has a better server and the food taste even better than here on Beechnut St restaurant in Mallerland Mall area. I had to keep asking for refill of my water that I was drinking and they did not offer to serve us any fresh hot tortillas or chips and hot sauce that goes with them. I am aways offer fresh hot tortillas at the other restaurant but this location every did offer us more fresh hot chips and hot sauce mixture the red pepper kind or the green avocado kind of chips sauce. I fill like they deserve to have a tip left behind with my 450 dollars bill I had to pay for the cold food and the food handler could not even speak any English I may be mix between Mexican and Spanish and know how to speak Spanish fully but I waa raised up in Texas and we had to speak English onlyWheelchair accessibility: No way

My place to go for fajitas. I order them with two bacon wrapped shrimp. Tortillas aren’t the best but good and they give you a lot. The hostesses and waiters are the best and are always available to check on us and refill our drinks. One of my favorite restaurants!

Average to good Mexican Food, like the kinds they used to have in mall restaurants in the 80s. Friendly staff. Nothing exceptional. Except the pralines they give you at meals end. Those are awesome.

Second time I visited this place I thought that the first time was my impression that the food was horrible but this second time I was completely convinced by a pretty bad meal that I ordered to take away the pico de gallo and guacamole completely watery and old it looked like the truth!!! very discouraged, very expensive the dish for such bad service and food!!! I will not set foot in this terrible place again and the terrible customer service picks up one of the product they don't even greet you but rather unfriendly and they leave bad in Customer Service too ? Definitely not I recommend it!!!!

My family and I visited Los Tios on Sunday, 3/17 and enjoyed the atmosphere. The food was okay but the service was great, and David really took care of us. I unfortunately am leaving this review because my entire family and I are suffering with food poisoning after eating there. Symptoms have been horrible and I don't think we will return any time soon. I'm not sure if it was from one of the salsas or dirty dishes.
