If you haven’t been to Lotus Seafood, are you even living? This place is a spiritual experience the kind that makes you question every meal you’ve ever had before and why it wasn’t drenched in their legendary Crack Sauce.
The shrimp? Perfectly seasoned. The crawfish? A masterpiece. And the Hot Box? I nearly had to call a therapist after because I wasn’t sure how I’d ever eat regular seafood again. Every bite feels like a warm hug from your foodie ancestors, whispering, “You chose wisely.”
Now, let’s talk about portion sizes. You ever order food and wonder if they misheard you and gave you extra? Yeah, that’s Lotus. You get your money’s worth and then some. Mann this was the best Cajun/fried rice I've ever had. I will be going everytime I'm in town! I can't recommend this place enough.
