Ordered some crawfish (4lb total) because I just have to have it sometimes. I was aware it was frozen which when cooked right can be enjoyed. The crawfish were fine but I did ask for extra sauce. This means a sauce created after being pulled from the water it was boiled in. There was a strong taste of boil water in my crawfish. It should never be served/added to a pan being sold. Wonderful attentive staff, and excellent quality seafood spices and sauces mesh well together for mostly all dishes. Decently priced also. I enjoy it every time.
