We haven't had a Luby's in my hometown in over 20 years. Coming here, the food was great and our waitress Annie was AMAZING! If we ever visit Houston again, we will definitely come to this location.
Great service. I was eating and I see a situation that was veey shameful for manager... a couple sitting next to me complaining about the bathroom, right after they finished their meal. And to what I see they wanted to eat for free, cause after complaining , eating their entire meal has the audacity to get their money back... manager handle the situation very good and handle their money back even know they eat everything . Even have dessert to go. I hope those...
My wife and i just had a death in our family mrs nada, the manager was amazing her staff was amazing as well. Thank you to lubys for the love and support and we send lots of love to nada and her crew at old Spanish trail in houston tx go see nada and tell her tracy sent you.
