There has to be different cooks in the kitchen. One season's everything well

It was around 7pm so it wasn't busy. Got the chicken fried steak with broccoli and stuffing. Also the German chocolate cake. The chicken fried steak was hard and dry. The broccoli was good and Firm. The stuffing was a little dry and crusty. The cake was great, nice and moist with good icing.

The service was impeccable. The food was properly handled without cross contamination, the salmon was scrumptious without garlic, the atmosphere and service was remarkable due to the waiters accommodating all the requests in our large group by providing a clean room and nice set up, and the staff was very energetic and friendly.
