This place is a great! The staff is so professional and food is awesome!!! I try to come every weekend and I always have to get a to go box for the remaining food I didn’t. Had an awesome experience at this Westheimer location. The manager Aurthor was great. Excellent customer service. Delicious food. Everything was hot and fresh and tasty. He deserves manager of the year! Will be returning and recommending!

My food was not cooked thoroughly, and to fix it, they washed off the gravy and nuked it done. The waitress, from what I could understand, actually said they rinsed it off. They put the little piece I had cut back on top and gave it back to me. Nope, I don't want it after all that improper handling by several people and no telling what they used. I will never go back to this location. Not a good area anyway.

Rude manager and mangement. needs cleaning smells weird like mildew. manager needs to send a cleaning service for there dirty carpet wow this place needs help. I seen a homeless Man cleaning there self in there restroom meaning bathing. health department needs to do something I’m calling corporate wow and not so good service either this location should be shut down. I have been to better lubys location than this one. How is this one still operating ???
