The service i had from the servers was amazing. Food and management on the other hand horrible, the manager was yelling at servers and on more than one occasion a male server was obviously drunk and yelling at other customers its appalling behavior!

Went there for thanks giving dinner to go live 5 mins away and the food was cold they forgot my pecan pie it was all 🤢 threw all of it away yes it was $17.00 but not worth it not enough choices for to go order. So I went to cracker barrel and for $25 I many choices every thing had taste and seasoning to it i was even able to get the chicken fried steak since I don't care for ham took home and was still warm well worth it .. plus I got a desert 😋😋

Could’ve been five stars, but Antonia was extremely rude to my 81-year-old mother… All we did was ask for more of the gravy across her rice and this woman acted like it was taking food off of her own plate Nov 25 went back today and the covered entrance that should be to drop off the elderly or disabled (those not able to walk from the parking lot) but once again it was full of unattended parked vehicles who went in the pick up to go orders. Mind you these people picking up their orders are completely make up park and walk inside, but when they call the management and or staff advised them they can just park in the covered entrance while it blocks the way for those who truly need it so that they can enter the building without walking across the parking lot with their walker etc. This is the 2nd time I have tried to talk to the manager, who apparently doesn’t care
Place order online. Very easy. Arrived at 8am and everything was ready. In and out with Thanksgiving Order in less than 5 mins. Friendly staff. Will definitely use service again in the future.

What I got wasnt all that great the Mac n cheese has no taste mash has potential but bland the chicken tenders they're ok I don't think I'll be back

We ordered food to go! The macaroni was like glue. Chicken strips were tough. I hate to see a good place. It’s serves a lot people in our area. Please step up your game Lubys

5 of us ladies went after church, it was understandabley packed. I traveled from Lake Jackson,TX to spend time with my sister visiting from N.C. We both got the liver & onions. The mashed potatos had big uncooked & unmashed chunks. The liver & onions were the worst I have eaten in any Luby's. I had some kind of honey or syrup gravey. It was disgusting. At the Luby's in Lake Jackson you'd get 5 or6 really thin tender slices, we got 3 not thin nor tender. Really disappointed. It was my birthday & my sister treated me to lunch. Boy, did she waste her money.
