Stopped by this coffee shop recently, and the experience was disappointing. I simply asked for an iced coffee, and the barista gave me attitude as if I was asking for something unreasonable. They told me they don’t serve iced coffee, which is hard to believe for a coffee shop.

The staff came across as rude and uninterested, and the overall vibe wasn’t welcoming at all. I ended up leaving without ordering anything. Definitely not a place I’d recommend if you’re looking for friendly service or basic options like iced coffee.

I came in for a latte at 7 am on Sep 18 , and was given an oversized cup without being asked about size. The milk-to-coffee ratio was off, so I politely asked for it to be remade in a smaller cup. The barista rolled his eyes, had a bad attitude, and just pointed at the cup when finished. Even after remaking it, the latte still wasn’t good. I won’t be coming back — not because of the taste, but because of the poor customer service.

I have came to this location before and didn’t have a bad experience, decided to come back and try the Island Latte. I should’ve been more firm on getting an answer when I asked if it was just matcha and if there was any coffee but the barista didn’t even bother to let me know what was in it even after that I asked. She just typed it in the computer to check me out. So me thinking that it could be made without coffee, When I got my drink and noticed that there was coffee and when I asked her she looked at me as if I should have already known. I’m just disappointed because I would’ve gotten a different drink and instead of wanting to resolve it she just started at me and the phone rang so she just answered it feeling completely dismissed. I won’t be coming back, good luck to this business but I’ll just stay at Bayou Bier Garten Cafe instead.

Iced Pandan latte also known as the Island latte was soo delicious. Nice and strong but smooth flavors. The pandan mixed well with the latte. The sausage croissant was great as well.

Parking is tricky, either street parking next to the shop on side street or there are 4-5 spots in apartment garage in the back. Inside the garage go straight in and turn right at the second turning area for parking and the spaces are on the left side next to the glass doors for the building. You can go through the building to get to the front of the shop which will be on the left.

Went here to get Match and a bite for breakfast. The eggs inside of my brisket had mold. Matcha was great but I would recommend to not eat here.

The island latte is awesome. The baristas are really nice. My only suggestion is to make it a little less sterile inside. Maybe some plants or something. I don’t know. I’m just some lady.

I came in yesterday around 3pm and asked the girl working there for the WiFi as I had to submit something for work asap, she said WiFi can only given out when you purchase and I assured her I will get a drink in a few just not now, I was planning on staying there for a while to finish my work stuff. She said nope sorry I can’t only if you make purchase, I had the worst customer service. I sat back down and realized I was already connected to wifi as I come there so often. Not only did they lose a sale but a customer for life, you don’t do that. I get that purchase is necessary but if I’m telling you I will get in a few and you continue not to give wifi at a coffee shop is wild to me. Not only that, my guy friend ordered something after me and the same worker (her name started with a L) put her name and phone number on his receipt, how unprofessional. Horrible experience and will not be returning

I rarely leave a negative review, or maybe my first time.

I have been a loyal customer to Luce since they opened their first location in Greenway Plaza. I still like going there to have coffee.

This is my first time coming to this location along with my friends, after I recommended this coffee shop.
I was in a complete shock. The Latte was looking like I bought it from a gas station not a specialty coffee shop. The manager was extremely rude about it. The food was burned during warm up process.

Unfortunately I won’t come to this location again. I think I won’t go to other locations after me seeing them loosing professionalism in handling their business.

Very sad with my experience and loosing such long term loyal business with them.

Literally my favorite place to stop by for a morning coffee before work, baristas are always super nice and get my order out fast. Pastries and breakfast tacos are also always delish! You will never catch me at a Starbucks again!
