I came in yesterday around 3pm and asked the girl working there for the WiFi as I had to submit something for work asap, she said WiFi can only given out when you purchase and I assured her I will get a drink in a few just not now, I was planning on staying there for a while to finish my work stuff. She said nope sorry I can’t only if you make purchase, I had the worst customer service. I sat back down and realized I was already connected to wifi as I come there so often. Not only did they lose a sale but a customer for life, you don’t do that. I get that purchase is necessary but if I’m telling you I will get in a few and you continue not to give wifi at a coffee shop is wild to me. Not only that, my guy friend ordered something after me and the same worker (her name started with a L) put her name and phone number on his receipt, how unprofessional. Horrible experience and will not be returning

I rarely leave a negative review, or maybe my first time.

I have been a loyal customer to Luce since they opened their first location in Greenway Plaza. I still like going there to have coffee.

This is my first time coming to this location along with my friends, after I recommended this coffee shop.
I was in a complete shock. The Latte was looking like I bought it from a gas station not a specialty coffee shop. The manager was extremely rude about it. The food was burned during warm up process.

Unfortunately I won’t come to this location again. I think I won’t go to other locations after me seeing them loosing professionalism in handling their business.

Very sad with my experience and loosing such long term loyal business with them.

Literally my favorite place to stop by for a morning coffee before work, baristas are always super nice and get my order out fast. Pastries and breakfast tacos are also always delish! You will never catch me at a Starbucks again!

Lovely people. The place is busy, but not packed. The service was quick and easy. They had a lot of options for coffee and drink. I asked for the closest thing they have to a Vietnamese coffee and was not disappointed! Strong a mildly sweet iced coffee yum! 😋 the baristas as busy, but they are friendly!

Atmosphere: good for a quick stop, looks nice, but very loud as there’s nothing but hard surfaces inside. Not cozy. Very modern as intended.

Luce Coffee Roasters is easily my favorite neighborhood coffee spot! My go-to is the Iced Cream Americano with an extra splash of sweet cream—smooth, bold, and just the right amount of sweetness. And if you haven’t tried their warmed cinnamon roll, you’re missing out—it’s the perfect pairing.

One of the things I love most is how close it is for a quick morning walk to grab that much-needed pick-me-up before settling in to work from home. The atmosphere is cozy, the staff is always friendly, and the quality is consistently top-notch. Highly recommend!

So cute! Why do yall not put descriptions under your drinks? your poor baristas probably spend as much time answering the same questions over and over as they do making coffee

I go every time I’m in Houston just for the Island Latte. Inside is a bit oddly laid out but friendly staff and tasty snacks.
