Hello from Erin Leonard Events

We recently ordered cookies and cake pops from Lucy Pearl's for our event, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome! Not only did our attendees rave about the desserts, but Nicole and her team went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary restrictions by offering vegan and gluten-free options for the cake pops. From the initial inquiry to the delivery of the treats, the customer service was outstanding. The entire team at Lucy Pearl's was friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the entire process. The quality of the desserts surpassed our expectations, and we highly recommend Lucy Pearl's for any catering needs. Thank you for helping make our event a success!

The staff here has one more time to be rude or inattentive with me, and that’s only because their cake is really good. Hoping for a better visit next time ??

I don’t usually leave reviews but this place was incredible! I ordered the 8” Brooklyn blackout cake for a graduation about five days in advance. It looked amazing, tasted amazing, and stayed fresh for at least two days after. We got so many compliments on it. Picking it up was super easy and straightforward, and it was well packaged for transport in the car. Overall, worth the price and would order again!

Lucy's Pearl's Lemon Blueberry Cupcakes literally put the icing on the cake for our wedding day.I'm not a huge cake person, but got the chance to try these heavenly treats during their soft opening at POST and instantly fell in love with them. I knew I wanted them instead of a traditional wedding cake when my then fiance (newlyweds) proposed.Everyone at the wedding marveled over how delicious they were!Nicole and her team are the very best. They are professional but warm, make the most delicious treats, and were so thoughtful and caring about every detail.Stop by and try them, you'll be every bit as amazed as I was!

Cakes were amazing, soft and moist but not too rich. My only request is that they would bring back the Italian Cream Cheese Cake, that was my favorite.

As I tasted the carrot cake it reminded me of something from the past. Almost like a taste of home. Good is an understatement. Velvety softness and smoothness are about the only words that come to mind right now but that carrot cake has been on my mind since Saturday morning. Definitely need to go back. Would recommend 1000 times over. Run, don't walk, for this cake. It is cake so it is sweet but not an overpowering sweetness. The cream cheese frosting was so buttery and soft. Please visit this spot at POST Houston. It will not disappoint.

I am a dessert lover and I am a girl. “There is always room for dessert” is what I say everyday. When I got to know about Lucy Pearls, I knew I had to try their cakes. The atomic cake was interesting. There were three different flavors; chocolate, yellow, and banana, in a slice. It was like buying 3 cakes for the price of 1. While the chocolate and banana flavors went hand-in-hand, I’m not too sure about the yellow cake’s presence. The banana cake had the perfect sweetness but it could have a stronger banana flavor. My favorite was the carrot cake. The flavor was authentic and the cream cheese frosting was perfect.I saw sweet potato pie slice on the menu and I was intrigued. Sweet potato is one of my favorite vegetables to make into desserts (doesn’t matter Asian or American dessert). But what I received was a small sweet potato tart instead. The crust was slightly thick and the crust could have baked a tad longer. However, the sweet potato filling was great. As for the confetti cupcakes and cookies, they tasted like typical cupcakes and cookies. They were good. The lady at the counter answered all my questions patiently. Great service! The kiosk is at the back of the food court where the X staircase is. I couldn’t find the store initially as the bright lights from the surrounding stores confused me.There are two paid parking entrances and exits to the parking lot in front of POST. Parking could be a challenge during peak hour as the parking lot is rather small. The parking fee could be paid online but have to exit within 30 minutes.

Tasted old and dried out. The chocolate was the only Ohk layer. Definitely not worth the price. Disappointed after reading all the good reviews. I was really looking forward to it. ?

This spot nestled inside the post is perfect for a sweet treat. Their slices are amazing but they also are a full service bakery. I have ordered cakes in a pinch and am always impressed. Extremely professional service. The sleeper hit here is their breakfast sandwiches. They are massive and served on flakey buttery slabs of pastry. I had no idea they offered these until I wondered in hungover looking for pho. The pho place had shut down and I aimlessly searched for a replacement and discovered these sammies are super well priced and perfection after a night of drinking.Well deserved 5 stars across the board from me!

If you're on the hunt for some top-tier strawberry cake, you've got to swing by Lucy Pearls at Post Houston. I went in with a craving, and let me tell you, they delivered big time. This wasn't just any strawberry cake; it was hands down some of the best I've ever had. The flavors were spot on - rich, sweet, and with that fresh strawberry goodness that you hope for but don't always get.Service-wise, the staff was cool, and I got my cake without any long wait, which is always a plus. It's clear that Lucy Pearls knows what they're doing, and they're not playing around when it comes to quality.Never disappointed when I drop by, and this visit was no exception. If you're in the area and have a sweet tooth that needs satisfying, do yourself a favor and check them out. Trust me, your taste buds will thank you.

After finding out I was too late to order pies from my local bakery, I started looking for another place to get them for our Thanksgiving dinner. I was so lucky to find Lucy Pearl's We had 14 people coming and my oven doesn't work. For the first time, I got a lemon meringue pie that was as good as the ones my grandmother made. The pecan pie went very fast. Everyone was pleased with the desserts and I will certainly be going to Lucy Pearl's again. They were able to accommodate all I wanted and even brough the pies out to me at the loading dock a the back of the POST Market, so I didn't even have to pay for parking. COuldn't have been more convenient. I can't wait to get into their cakes for other events at our house. It's almost worth not having an oven. Couldn't attach a photo because they were all eaten by the time I though to do a review.Oh, I can't believe I forgot the Peach Cobbler. It was delicious, and a half sheet left us a ouple of servings the next day to have with our left-overs. It was just delicious. The only way it could have been better was to have been a cherry cobbler (our favorite here).

That Banana Pudding cake is delicious.

I don't often make room for dessert, but I'll always make room for Lucy Pearl's. As one of my favorite stalls within POST Market, they've been one of the most consistent and highest rated businesses in the building. Their decadent cake slices would make eyes roll back in indulgence and their variety makes them the most versatile dessert spot in the whole building. That aroma, especially during the afternoon while they're baking is intoxicating. Whether it's their banana pudding cake, carrot cake, or their incredibly rich double chocolate cake, Their tiramisu and pecan pie are to die for as well, and the key lime pie is fantastic. While good, I think their tres leches, NY cheesecake, cake pops and red velvet won't outdo the rest of their selection. I personally enjoy coming here and trying something new each time, but there are just some things they offer that are heart stoppers. For folks who are willing to spend the money (#1), I would order a custom cake for a party, and marvel at all the folks who are licking their lips and foodgasming. While I don't see the owner here too often, the young staffers that do work here are always friendly. I know they're moving to another stall within the food hall; downsizing to a more manageable size. I'm just glad they're remaining at POST and look forward to my next visit again.___________(#1) And it's definitely a premium price tag.
