Luna Pizzeria truly exceeded my expectations, and I have to give a special shoutout to Marlene for making the entire experience exceptional from beginning to end. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me warmly and made me feel genuinely welcome. Her energy was kind, attentive, and professional in a way that’s becoming increasingly rare in customer service these days.
What really stood out was the way she went above and beyond without being asked, she consistently checked on my table, made sure everything was just right, and even kept refilling my drink without me ever needing to say a word. It’s those small but thoughtful gestures that show real pride in her work. Her timing was perfect, always there when needed, but never intrusive.
The pizza was delicious as always, but having someone like Marlene taking care of guests truly elevated the visit. Her customer service wasn’t just good, it was outstanding. She genuinely cared about creating a positive experience, and it showed in every interaction. If you visit Luna Pizzeria, I hope you’re lucky enough to be served by her. My partner and I have been coming to Luna Pizzeria for years. The employees and the manager are always super kind and make consistenly delicious pizzas. They have the absolute best margherita pizza and caesar salad! I could lowkey drink the pizza sauce and I love how they give you fresh basil, oregano, and parmesan on the side. We look foward to Luna and know we'll always leave there happy!

Great place with an unassuming exterior. Mushroom pizza was a real hit! Customer service is friendly as well. Only note is that it was REALLY cold, but that didn't affect the experience too much.

There's a middle bar height tables with several board and card games, including jenga. It's really cute - whether you're breaking the ice during an awkward date or keeping the kiddos entertained while waiting for the food, you're good 👍.
The food does take a bit to be ready, but you know what - I love it! That means it was made JUST FOR ME! and not warmed up/fast food.
The pizza is delicious and loveee the crust - thin but not a cracker. And it's so fresh - love love Lunas. ❤️

This was our third visit to this location, and each time has been outstanding! I wanted to wait for a few visits to see if it was consistently five-star worthy, and it absolutely is. This is truly one of the best pizza spots in Houston, with exceptional service to match. While we usually stick to the pizza, this time we also tried the meatballs, soup and a chopped salad – all were fantastic. Highly recommend!
