Patio room is WAY too loud and too dark. Our server was great considering he had our party of 12 and another large table. Nachos compuestos were so so. Margarita was nothing special and pricey.

Great Tex Mex place, attentive service, vegan/vegetarian options. We did the fajita party and it was defenitly enough food for all of us.The margarita variation is a great opportunity to taste different flavours.Vegetarian options: Bean Burrito, Guacamole, vegetables

Great food but the pick up orders are always wrong! They obviously cant read and follow proper directions on orders placed online.

They supposedly will deliver, but this is the second time they’ve taken our order, charged us, and then cancelled an hour later saying “they cannot fulfill the order”I wouldn't mind if they would just not offer delivery in the first place, but cancelling an hour after ordering is annoying I’d rather not wait hungrily for a maybe.The actual food is great if you go there. Fajitas are really good, queso is good, tortillas are the only problem they are thin, huge, and tasteless. Spanish Flower is a better value

Worst service i have ever gotten at a Lupe tortilla, drinks took forever, my friends were leaving but i was still gonna stay and eat. Waiter gets confused. Doesn’t put my food in. We told him 3 times i will eat here. Comes back and tells me he didn’t. Mind me i haven’t eaten all day. Waited for 45 mins and all i had was beans. Definitely would not recommend

This place was great. Service was quick to be seated and served. The Margaritas are large and strong and I appreciate the free chips and salsa. We had a large group of first timers, so the manager offered us a free sample of the beef fajitas ...which were awesome. I had the beef enchiladas and they were good sized. Good value for money.

I'm going to start off by saying great place for lunch. But do not go eat brunch. I've heard people say the eggs I like rubber but I never understood it until I ate brunch there. I also don't know why they don't use the fajita meat cuz I hate it there is really good but I ordered an omelette with fajitas meat and it was awful. The eggs rubbery and meat was unseasoned. The manager even knew the food was unedible and we still have to pay for the food.
