Manager Roberto was very rude. Asked for outdoor seating for a family of 5 and waitress attempted to seat us inside. When we inquired about the request to sit outside he said he didn’t know how long the wait would be for outside. There was a 4 top table with 2 chairs and we asked if more chairs could be brought to the table and he stated that he couldn’t bring more chairs to accommodate the table size. We decided to eat at another restaurant with better service. I will notify HQ as well of his inability to want to accommodate patrons.

Nothing beats the original location of Lupe. The building may feel small in certain spots, but the atmosphere is always lively and cheerful. The food is hot, fresh, and definitely tasty. Their fajitas are definitely worth a try if you've never had them before.

I recently celebrated my birthday with my coworkers on a work trip at Lupe Tortilla, and it was an unforgettable experience. The steak and shrimp fajitas were cooked to perfection, and the handmade tortillas were as big as your head, adding an authentic touch to the meal. The margaritas were excellent and paired perfectly with the flavorful dishes. What made the night even more special was when my coworkers surprised me, and the staff sang 'Happy Birthday' while placing a large sombrero on my head. It was a fun and memorable evening that I won't forget anytime soon!"

This place was great, never had been here before. Had a short wait to be seated, but once seated the service was great something that seems to be getting lost these days. Food was good, and came in portions that I couldn't finish.
We showed up with large party. We were very patient and in no rush. As they were opening so we were waiting on the patio. Manager came over and pretty much complained that we were waiting on the patio. After getting a lecture, we decided to go to a neighboring restaurant. I would recommend just moving on past this Lupe. Shame because we always loved the other Lupe locations. Seems bad management here is the problem

My absolute favorite TexMex place in Houston! The service has always been great, even when there is a wait, the bar is open while we wait and the atmosphere is great!Cannot recommend this place enough. Definitely order the Beef Fajitas or something with fajita beef in it!The Lupe Pina COlada and Esta Noche es la Noche are our favorites, but the house is always good as well!Parking: Parking can definitely be tricky at peak times, but there is a big unpaved lot by Hwy 6 a quick couple minute walk down the street

Went there for dinner and drinks with friends which we come here monthly and waiter told us after 2 drinks we have to order full entrees. We tried to order enchiladas a la carte but he refused and said must be full entrees. He just wanted to upsell us so we paid our bill and left. We'll never come back to this location again. EVER!
