Just left this place and was VERY disgusted with service from IVAN!!!!! Sat down to have a drink with my husband (this being our first time here) and was ignored while he assisted guest that came after us, some even 15 min after us!!!! I called out to Ivan to get his attention, with his back turned to us he replied yes and never turned around to acknowledge us after I said my husband has been sitting here. He even proceeded to take people photos while we continued to wait!! Once he finished with the guest that came after us he came to me and I asked him did he not see us there after all this time and he said “I’m by myself” which is completely unacceptable being that it was less than 10
People at the bar and that is still no excuse for us to have to wait and watch others get served before us. We DID NOT give our hard earned money to this bar and never will. Ivan needs to be on a shift with someone else because he CANNOT handle it by himself, as he basically stated. In my opinion, he knew EXACTLY what he was doing and I don’t appreciate it and will be doing a review on the bar as well. Aside from that, I watched him take his BARE hands and grab a lime , instead of using the utensil, and place right at the top of a gentleman’s beer and served it. Totally unacceptable and very disgusting

The market was hosting a private party that included a DJ. There were 3 bartenders who seemed to focus on specific areas. Unfortunately, my area wasn't one of them. It took over 20 minutes to get a bartender's attention. In my opinion, that was too long to wait especially when seated at the bar. They offered seasonal drink options. We tried the maple bourbon bliss, sugar plum fairy, and the peppermint expresso martini. The sugar plum was tasty. The peppermint expresso martini tasted like spiked chocolate milk 🤨. The maple bourbon bliss was okay if you like your whiskey sweet. Personally I do not.

Lyric Bar is a nice place to visit during happy hour, they have nice drinks and their daily specials are also pretty good. I would recommend stopping by if you’re ever in the downtown area.

I sat at the bar and Nigel was my bartender - AMAZING! He was attentive throughout and very knowledgeable about the menu, the food offerings in the building and the area. A true asset to Lyric Bar! I would definitely revisit.

This high-energy place is a great place to meet people or unwind. You have a selection of food and drinks if your choice. The location is scenic and convenient for a walk around the area. The atmosphere is great inside and on the patio. You will find something you like here.
