Tried their hu tieu! It was sooooo good! Im no expert but I always loved Phanh Ky (still tdo) but hủ tiếu at Mi was next level. Our new favorite whenever we are around the area. Pro tip, order to go. We ate here dine in and my hair smelled like hủ tiếu for 2 days even after multiple shampoos! Not sure if the exhaust fans in the kitchen were working 😅. Place looks nice its in the old Pho Bin by night. Staff were friendly.

The food is authentically Vietnamese and I truly had a moment going back to my childhood eating the noodles here.
We got the Special Anchovies noodles and Rice noodles with beef dish. Both are well seasoned and full of umami. Portions are great for the price and the people there are super friendly. I also loved the decoration and vibe of the store. It truly reminded me of rural Vietnam.

I grew up in Houston and have tried almost all the Vietnamese spots in town, this spot is my new favorite. Its super clean which I appreciate, and theres little details like chopstick holder cover to keep dust off eating utensils. Service was friendly, helpful and food came out promptly. I also liked they have alot if items you dont typically see. The coffee was genuinely the best cà phê sữa đá Ive ever tried.

When I paid, they didn’t let me know whether the transaction went through, didn’t ask if I needed a receipt, and stayed silent after I signed. I wasn’t sure what was going on. Overall, I’d still come back.

Had the stir fry with pork and oh my god I’ve never had pork that soft and so flavorful, my family had the beef pho and my mother usually doesn’t like pho but she finished her whole bowl! The server was very nice and recommended me the pork. Price wasn’t bad either! Definitely recommend this place to anyone in the Alief area
Great place for mi kho (dry noodles) or hu tieu during dinner hours. It opens from 4pm-1am on weekdays and 11am-1am on Sat and Sun. Closed on Wednesday. You also get a complimentary serving of xi quach (pork bones with meat and marrow). Food and portion was perfect. Restaurant is also decorated nicely and makes you feel like you’re in Vietnam!
