I love the food! It was delicious and flavorful. I ordered a little bit of everything to try. I love the salad dressing. It was very refreshing and the fries was well seasoned. The chicken sandwich was crunchy and crispy. The hamburger was good. I didn't care much for the dessert. Maybe if it was straight out of the fryer it would be good but it was just dough to me. Overall, I enjoyed everything except the dessert. I will be back for the burgers.

Service was quick, order online and pick the food thru the lockers Siracha wings was cooked perfectly, sauce was sweet spicy but without the sauce the wings lacked flavor Hotdog had variety of flavors which was a surprise

The food was good, not great. The food was on the drier side, that's why I gave it a 3 and not anything higher. The dishes were tasty, just some were dry as well as the Thai tea was not my favorite. Overall it quells my need for some quick Thai fusion food.

I will be honest, and I am not the biggest fan of Thai food. But this is a Thai fusion place the best things I had were the wonton chips and the Thai donut. The donuts were delicious, but that is probably the only thing I would go back for. The spinach, tortilla chips, and the drunken chili were not my favorite. The chili was extremely thick and I wasn't a huge fan of the flavor of the chips. The Sriracha wings had an OK flavor, but I think based on the travel time home, they just got a little soggy. I will say I liked the laab seasoning and the the laab chicken sandwhich was also good! Also pick up is very innovative and easy at the kitchen.

It’s nice to visit this catering restaurant! When I worked as an Uber driver, I came here multiple times so I was very familiar with this place and today I got to try their dishes for the first time! :)I got to try all vegetarian options like tofu wrap, salad, fries, wanton chips, donuts and 50% sweetness thai tea! They were all fresh and I enjoyed them all! Since they are good at making them tasty, if they expand vegetarian menu that would be awesome ?Thai tea was very refreshing and tasty ?Only cons that I felt was waiting time, you can definitely expect for good 20-30 mins delay (which happened quite a lot when I was doing Uber Eats).Anyways, overall I had a good time!Keep up your great work ?Cheers ?

I was happy to be able to try a little bit of everything from their menu: thai basil beef chili hot dog: i'm usually not a huge fan of chili but they definitely made it work well in this hot dog! it was smaller than i thought it would be considering it's normally worth $9.95 so i feel like on the regular menu it would be a bit overpriced. the chili made it messy to eat but probably difficult to avoid. basil beef burger: love this one! i liked all the ingredients in it and the sauce that came with it but it was a bit messy to eat which is probably impossible to avoid as well. green curry pork burger: the flavor profile was there and the ingredients created a nice blend with every bite but the meat was definitely too salty. laab fries: loved the seasoning but felt like having some kind of ranch/spicy mayo sauce would make it a bit better! wonton chips: this was good! it wasn't as crispy but nothing you can't fix with a few minutes in the air fryer or toaster oven! i really wanted to try the sriracha wings but it wasn't available when i placed my order so i was bummed about it. will definitely have to come back to try this one! overall, i had a pleasant experience and was able to share everything i ordered with my family and they liked it! the flavors in everything created a unique fusion blend with thai/asian flavors into a burger or wrap which i thought was really creative and great!

Food was fresh. I ordered the chicken sandwich, which had nice flavor and the fries were well seasoned. It was also my first time having Thai tea which eventually grew on me. As a sweet treat I got the donuts and they were ehh ok. You definitely have to eat them fresh I wasn't personally a huge fan of the condensed milk dipping sauce.

My first time experience at a ghost kitchen, and I say it was a really good one! Food was delicious, I ordered from M Thai Express. Had a to wait a little over the time they gave me on the tv but the whole service from ordering to delivering the meals out was smooth. The place has a couple tables for dine in and the vibe is chill. There were a lot of customers came in and out to grab their food and leave, overall a very nice experience. Would come back and try other foods.

I wasn't sure what to expect from Thai Fusion food, but eating at M Express was really a game changer! The Basil Beef Burger had such a smokey, earthy taste to it that I really enjoyed. And although I enjoyed the Chicken Satay Wrap myself, my girlfriend said it's the best wrap she's had in a long time. I wasn't too keen on the way the flavors they spice their fries with, but that's definitely not enough to keep me from going back.

I will say this - I am always a little leery of the word "fusion" because it combines flavor combos which I am either unfamiliar with or I always pose the question, "How do these two items go together?"But, like "salty and sweet", "peanut butter and jelly" or "Spongebob and Patrick", somehow the flavors presented by M Express Thai Kitchen just work.First of all, the area where the "restaurant" is located, I assumed was a residential area. I hadn't lived in the area in so long that I assumed that someone squeezed in a quick service storefront on Fairdale. Yet, to my surprise, the location (I assume) is actually an industrial kitchen space that M Thai leases. When I arrived at the corrugated steel facade building, I saw both regular guests picking up food and what looked to Uber Eats/Grubhub type drivers picking up food. Upon opening the door, there is an "Amazon locker" set up. You pop the lock on your food with the push of a button from the link they send to your phone by text.I ended up ordering several things - the Thai Basil beef burger, the Laab Crispy Chicken sandwich, the sriracha wings and the shrimp nuggets. I asked that all of the condiments and fresh elements be put on the side, considering that I had to travel a bit of a distance with the food and I didn't want it to be a soggy mess.I didn't do a good enough job separating the condiments, so I had to reference the menu (pictures) again to see how to "build" the burgers back to their original specs. Luckily, I'm pretty skilled in the kitchen and the burgers came back together well. I did taste all of the components separately, so I was able to understand the flavor profile, before they were put back together. I heated everything in the air fryer and was back in business. My original fears about the fusion were QUICKLY quelled - the nuance of flavors on the chicken sandwich and burger were amazing. The laab on the chicken sandwich and basil for the beef burger was spicy but not overwhelming. The sweetness and crunch of the wings was out of this world. I chose to leave the laab seasoning off the fries, but if I go again, I would leave it on.My only regret with my order were the shrimp nuggets (which were more like round shrimp patties); the sauce for them reminded me a sweet corn syrup dip. The shrimp didn't necessarily have a flavor without that dip. It wasn't bad, but it was something I would tweak. Maybe the laab sauce should be added to patty or make a true "shrimp" with a panko breading, not formed into a cake. I think the sauce needs to be changed on the shrimp nuggets also. I'm thinking more along the lines of a traditional Thai flavor profile...maybe coconut or curry something? At any rate, M Thai Express is a must do - it was definitely worth the drive across town!Pros: Ease of pickup, out of this world flavors, attention to detail with the order packingCons: No on-site eating, shrimp nuggets (personal preference, you may like it), to-go only makes it hard to preserve the look/feel and freshness during the to-go transport

This was a truly unique experience. Order online for pickup at a location which handles other food establishments too.I had the following food:Chicken satay wrap: I could smell the satay aroma when I opened the box cover. All the ingredients were fresh. The wrap was delicious.Vegan tofu satay wrap: the wrap itself was slightly thick, but packed with fresh ingredients. The flavor was good.Basil beef burger: I had lettuce wrap instead of bun, and added sunny side up egg. The meat was juicy. The burger had some spice to it which was yummy. The sunny side up egg was over cooked though. No runny egg yolk ran through my burger. That was the disappointment. However the burger was still delicious. I highly recommend!Laab seasoning fries: seasoned perfectly. Didn’t need additional dip for flavor.Thai donut: it is fried plain bread, nothing stood out. I wouldn’t recommend it.Peanut dip: salty and didn’t taste like peanut. Wouldn’t recommend it.I would go back for the burger, also for the ease in ordering and pick up.

When I want a burger but don’t want to be bored by my burger, I order from M Express Kitchen. It’s a new Thai-American concept on American finger foods with the perfect balance between unique and familiar. I now order it to introduce my “foodie” friends to the experience. I usually get the Green Curry Pork or Thai Basil Beef Burger combos with fries. It’s delivery/pickup, not a sit-down restaurant. The food is made and delivered from a ghost kitchen through UberEats or DoorDash. Quality has always been consistent so it’s become my favorite food delivery option in Houston.
