When I first saw the menu, I didn’t know what it was. Mexican or American. Also don’t have salsa verde. Disappointed with that. I ask for milk for my coffee. The waitress forgot about it and went about doing other things. They don’t even offer chips when you first sit. The waitress was focused on just one table. Thinking that table deserved better service. Maybe she thought that the table would give her a better tip that our table. The lemonade taste to much like the zest of the lemon. Will not be coming here again. Biscuits and gravy are ok, about the same as whataburger. I wish they would’ve let me know that the barbacoa was borrego (lamb). The machacado was ok. They need to get a better cook. The place is small not bad. But also not great.

I've been coming here for years and it's always been pleasant. The food is good, the price is decent, and the service is nice. I've primarily come here for breakfast and had Huevos con Chorizo. It's always solid. But I've also had the Burrito Sabanero and Philly Steak & Cheese Sandwich. All were really good.
It's just nice to have a good mom & pop place close to home that has a menu with a varied selection.

Tried this place today. Food was just okay but it may have been what I ordered. What caught my attention the most is the fact that they are charging 10.7% taxes, when the max allowed in the state of Texas is 8.25%, which includes the 6.25% state tax. I wondered how much money they’ve pocketed throughout if you consider every customer has been charged 2.45% extra in taxes. I mentioned it to our server and she was very nice about it but obviously she didn’t have an explanation. Gave her a cash tip and in a very sweet way, she tried to return a dollar to reimburse the overcharge. 2.45% is not a lot in a single bill. It was only 66 cents over on mine and it would’ve been 25 cents on a $10 bill. So imagine, 25 cents times the number guests that have visited the place.

If you like spending 7$ to add cheese and bacon to a mediocre burger, this is the place for you!

Great food (both American and Mexican breakfasts), great pricing, and good, quick, attentive service. The atmosphere is cute with what looks like local, kitschy art.
Wheelchair accessibility: I'm not sure that they're marked, but there are a few parking spots right in front of the restaurant and some room in the small-ish parking lot.

Fantastic food. A hidden gem. Enjoyed the chicken fried chicken, chicken taquitos, and smothered burrito. The wait time for the food can be a bit longer than most places but the food came out great.

Diamond in the rough. An amazing Mexican style breakfast. Ranchero omelet was delicious.
The food quality has gone down hill. We always eat here but I will NOT come back.
