Service was efficient. I enjoyed my taro tea so much.
Would definitely go back
The drinks are extremely off. Heavy syrup and artificial flavor. the house blend coffee went south and now their popcorn chicken is in the same ship.
The overall quality of drinks and food here is down bad. Old oil leaves a very distinctive taste. The owner/manager needs to get back to hands on operations or retrain. Year after year the quality just keeps going down!
They still have a great product and the workers are great !
Invest in your store by getting more worked for customer service ….Waited 15-20mins for a few lattes …. I hope to see you open in 2-3 years … all businesses in the BELLAIRE have a great and speedy service , unfortunately MAGIC CUP…lost its magic. ( excuse my grammar , English in my second language )
Very bad coffee and I had to fix it and still bad
The owner needs to invest in new or updated drive thru register every time i go mostly once a week employee says cash only because their debit card machine isnt working very inconvenient if you already have trouble walking and this has been like this for about a month not everyone pays with cash. So owner please fix the drive thru register so we can start paying with debit card then i will go back
The coffee and milk tea here are very good—highly recommended!
I would not go to this place again. The avocado smoothie suck.

My family loves this place- we get avocado smoothie, oreo frappe, various teas and their hot foods like chicken bites and kim chi fries. The best part is they have a drive thru which makes things so convenient! The staff is quick and efficient. There is a sitting area i noticed people were studying or working. Parking is not an issue but do be careful as there are a few pot holes.
i’ve been a loyal costumer of magic cup for 2 years now, i enjoy their cha series and perhaps some of their milk tea options are okay. however their “banh mi” is pretty mid. VERY empty and soulless. i had the combination. i can agree that the costumer service is not my standard of friendly but it’s a nice spot to get a mangonada. go fw me on the ig @v11ce
Went by today, the lady that took my order asked if I wanted whip cream, I responded NO. I get to the window, a guy who seemed annoyed hands me both drinks with whip cream. I tell him that I didn’t ask for it, he gets angry, dumps a 1/4 of my drink out and hands me back the drinks 1/4 empty. If you’re unhappy doing what you do, perhaps you should see other options.
honestly for what it is, it has become my default study spot. i get the grilled pork bahn mi and light cafe sua de, both are really good and for the price worth it. they have alot of outlets where you can plug laptops and study/chill. ive been coming here enough times where the employees recognize my face and they're pretty chill people. its really cool to see people come here to study or overall use it as a third place and honestly has the space to do events. magic cup has a nice local charm to it i only get with a few cafe spots around houston. alief hidden gem :D
Magic Cup is my weekly if not daily life saver! I’ve been going for over 1 year my favorite drink is the Vera blossom but I also love the strawberry mango smoothie. The drinks are refreshing always giving me just the boost I need for the day! The customer service is great Ivan is the best at remembering my order and recommending new foods and drink items. Magic Cup is really magic! Go see for yourself 😉
