drive thru is very bad. I came at 5:50 on July 6, 2025. The girl staff there couldn't listen when I said Just a moment. And there was another guy yelling at me tell me to repeat that and it was very rude. The staff is so bad. The owner doesn't know how to train the staff like that and will lose all the customers

Zero stars if i can i would their quality of food has gone dowhill too bad the kimchi fries were hard and old and disgusting called to report it and they were very unprofessional on their way taking the report as well

I was very disappointed with my visit to Magic Cup today around noon. The service was extremely slow, and it appeared that only one employee was working at the time. I want to acknowledge that the lady on shift was incredibly kind and did her absolute best—she’s actually my favorite employee there. However, it’s clear that she was overwhelmed, and it’s disheartening to see how understaffed the location has become.
Magic Cup has always been a favorite spot of mine, but lately, it feels like things are going downhill. The company really needs to prioritize hiring and scheduling more team members, especially during peak hours, to ensure both employees and customers are taken care of. I truly hope to see improvements soon.

Not being petty about the review,it's an establishment that's gonna be busy and they do not have it together when it comes to handling overflow.
My order was wrong and by the time I got it corrected my drink watered down during my lunch hr.

Quality of this place has gone extremely down. Drinks are still pretty good. However we received our drinks and when I went to shake mine to mix it. It popped open and spilled all over me. We checked the other drinks and sure enough all of them were partially open. Defeats the purpose of being called a “boba” shop if you can’t get the simplest thing as ensuring the machine pressed the lids on correctly. Anyways, we went back inside and asked for them to be resealed and sure enough as I tried to stick the straw it the lid wasn’t sealed correctly again. Invest in the one thing making you money.

I go here all the time the service has gone downhill, the rude guy at the drive thru couldn't get my order after repeating 4 times. When I pulled up to pay he was on his cell phone, I dont trust him he could of taken a picture of my debit card. If any suspicious purchase is made Magic cup will be held responsible. I ordered a Mango Passion fruit and they gave me mango pineapple. I CAN NOT EAT PINEAPPLE. Magic cup get a hold of your employees before they cause someone's death and you get sued. Long's Coffee has great employees and they don't make more, they get trained properly.

Been here multiple times and while I have never been a fan of their drinks, I always enjoyed their banh mi. Ordered a pork belly banh mi this evening and to say it was disappointing would be an understatement. The roll was not buttered, it was dry as heck. It was not cut either. The vegetables were too acidic, the meat tasted like it was going bad. The employee seemed new and while I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, I don’t think I’ll be returning there.

An Alief staple, but it's age is starting to show. The interior is deteriorating along with the decor. The owner needs to invest in the infrastructure. The drinks are good though and fresh ingredients.

I don’t like to give 1 star, however I felt this was warranted. I’ve been to this place multiple times in the past, and it feels like the overall quality has changed. I asked for a matcha milk tea unsweetened with almond milk. It took the employee at the register 4 tries to place in my order. I figured she could’ve been a new hire or inexperienced so I can overlook that. However, the drink STILL tasted sweet to me even when I asked for unsweetened. The employee who made my drink stated that it was unsweetened. I left because I figured it wasn’t going to improve. I don’t believe the employee who made the drink made it incorrectly, but I believe whoever made the matcha mix concentrate made it sweet or the almond milk they carried is sweet. Either way, I don’t plan to return.

Magic Cup used to be one of my favorite places to go but this specific location has really gone down hill. Staff used to be very welcoming the years prior but everyone has been replaced and the staff swwms pretty incompetent. I asked for less sweet and it tastes like a regular sweet drink. My go to is always ab aloe chia less sweet and i only found out after i asked wjy theres no chia is my drink that they had run out of chia seed. The clerk did not notify me at all before purchase. If i had been told, i would have ordered another drink. The drinks also used to be sealed which was perfect for transport but they used the smoothie tops to seal the drink isnstead of the heat seal. Another terrible experience I had was when i was ignored by one of the staff because i arrived 15 minutes after opening. The lady didbt even acknowledge me, greet me or ask me to wait a little bit because she was the only one there. I decided to leave and didnt wanna come back. A month later, magic cup sent me a message that they have a promotion for memorial day: 2 for $10. I asked my partner to go with me to get some tea and they charged us the full price, no mention of a promotion and no mention of being out of chia seeds. I dont imagine i will be going after this. Its really unfortunate as it was one of my daily go-tos last year when they had amazing service and a great staff.
