This was the absolute worst experience at a restaurant. We from dallas so this place is new to us and the experience was horrible . Nobody said a single word to us the entire time in the establishment. Only called my name when my order was ready. Cashier just looked at us and shrugged his shoulder when we asked a question. Other half of the party immediately decided against ordering and went next door to Taco Bell. If this is normal then there is a serious problem n that needs to be addressed. SMH

I used to come here EVERYDAY. Literally every single day and get the slider meal with two different spice levels. Until they hired some manager dude. Now he tells me I’m not allowed to order it that way so instead I have to pay for each sandwich individually and it costs more which is a total scam. $50 for 4 chicken sandwiches is NUTS. The manager not making an exception for the customer is CRAZY. The owner that used to be here was personable and made your experience great. The white dude sucks. I probably won’t be coming back unless they fix this issue.

I have ordered here several times. But this was my last time nomore. I came here because it serves halal meat. Very bad and unprofessional staff. The night time worker would not hand my prepaid order over the window. I mean really i always received that way so many times. He asked me to come inside in the middle of the night. If i would safe in the middle of the night i would but i did not feel comfortable to come in as a woman. You guys need to be trained more

yummy, yummy, YUMMY!We were going to get some Dave's hot chicken, but remembered we never tried this place, so we headed over to check it out. IT did NOT disappoint!The sand which you see below forgot the name but I give it a 6.5/10 cuz it's pretty. (Nothing special to it really, tastes like any other chicken slider burger)BUT THE DIRTY MAC. It's cheaper than the cluck it up fries and has mac n cheese w it. SO GOOD! 9.5/10!

The young man MATT that works the front was very nice respectful and knowledgeable he was a big help with explaining the menu with it being my first time eating here honestly if it wasn’t for him I would have left but made me feel very welcomed ..I think the owner or district manager was sittin in the lobby did not speak or acknowledge us as paying guests but I believe he was head first into his computer .jus dnt hold your staff to a standard you yourself don’t uphold.
Stopped in today at 3:20pm to buy lunch for my 26 employees and the young ladies poor attitude and aggressive responses prevented me from spending my money here. This was my first time in the place since they opened and wanted to try it out. I am Store Director in the retail industry. And despite the differences between restaurant and retail, customer service should still be at the top of any employers list. I haven’t done a thing to the young lady besides greeting her which is still in correct, receiving that type of service was immensely disgusting and unnecessary. My advice, do better with who you choose to be the face of your company. This unfortunate incident has made me extremely proud of my team’s WOW Customer Service!

Nice atmosphere. Love the decor. You order from a kiosk at the counter. We did not enjoy the food at all. I got a wrap, single tender and the loaded fries. Fries were stale like they had been sitting out. The cheese was cold. The wrap was sloppy and drowned in ranch. For the price we paid (almost 30 bucks for 3 items) it was NOT worth my money. We will not return.
