We waited over an hour for our drinks and even longer for our food we were excited to bring our family here a group of 11 and sadly we were disappointed with service and time we were expecting better the. We were brought our food and no silverware 🍴 she took forever to bring that to us as well

The rice is delicious! Something I will crave. Needed a harder crust on the fried shrimp & fish & I could given a 5. Very tasty overall.

I was really disappointed with my experience at Mambo’s last night. Shortly after being seated, our waitress accidentally dropped my entire drink into my lap, leaving my clothes soaked and uncomfortable for the rest of the evening.

Unfortunately, the service didn’t improve after that. We were passed between three different waitresses, none of whom were attentive. We even had to flag someone down just to ask them to check on our food because it was taking so long.

What made it worse was that despite the drink being spilled on me and the overall lack of service, there was no discount, comped drink, or real attempt to make things right when the bill came.

Accidents happen, but how they’re handled matters. This experience fell far below expectations.

I always go for the micheladas cause no where has them like these. The stuffed jalapeno poppers are the best.

Came here for my birthday dinner with a large group and had a great meal. We have been to other Mambos location but were excited to try this one as we saw was now open. I got the lobster signature plate for my meal and shared a cocktail de camarones. The cocktail had lots of shrimp but is a little on the swet side for my taste so I added some Valentina and it was great. The lobster plate was suprisely good! I got it grilled with a side of z style butter and it was so good! Their rice and grilled veggies were delicous sides that complemented the lobster well. I would highly recommend getting the Buena noche drink, it is boozy and oh so good! The staff was so friendly and kind and the manager came to check on us since our food came out a bit staggered. Overall, I look forward to coming back agian.

This place was busy but surprisingly we got seated pretty quickly. That’s where the smooth part ended. Our waitress took our drink order… and then vanished like she entered the witness protection program. Took almost 15 minutes just to get drinks. They had plenty of staff, so I’m not sure what the hiccup was—maybe a game of hide-and-seek we didn’t know we were playing? The food, though, was great. My son decided to prove he was the toughest at the table and ordered the Diablo shrimp and rice. Four bites in, he realized he made a bad decision. Our waitress remained missing in action for about 20 minutes. We finally spotted her again and were able to pay.

Good food, service needs a GPS.
